摘要: An insulation measurement apparatus includes a path including a first resistor, a capacitor electrically floated from a ground, and a second resistor between a positive to a negative electrode side of a power supply, a first switching element between the power supply positive electrode side and the capacitor, a second switching element between the capacitor and the power supply negative electrode side, a detection section detecting a charge voltage on the capacitor and determining a power supply insulation state, and a voltage setting section executing a power supply voltage measurement mode controlling the first and second switching elements to charge the capacitor for a predetermined time period, and an insulation voltage measurement mode charging a terminal of a positive or negative electrode side of the capacitor via a resistor between the power supply positive or negative electrode and the ground for a predetermined time period.

摘要: A voltage detecting apparatus for detecting a voltage of a direct current power source by using a capacitor, which can process an abnormal voltage without elongation of measuring time. When a voltage between both terminals of the capacitor is greater than a maximum voltage in normal condition, a micro-computer discharges the capacitor through a third switch and a fourth switch to earth until the voltage between both terminals of the capacitor reduces to be not larger than a voltage corresponding to a maximum rated current of a reset switch. When the voltage between both terminals reaches to be not larger than the voltage corresponding to the maximum rated current, the capacitor is rapidly discharged through the reset switch by controlling the reset switch to be closed.

摘要: A resist having a predetermined thickness is formed on a printed circuit board except for portions of the printed circuit board that oppose a convex portion of a component when the component is mounted on the printed circuit board. A silk screen printed layer having a predetermined thickness is formed on the resist. Thereafter, a concave portion of the component is bonded to the silk screen printed layer using double coated tape having a predetermined thickness. The component is mounted such that the convex portions of the component oppose the portions of the printed circuit board that do not have a resist formed thereon. The sum of the thicknesses of the resist, the silk screen printed layer and the double coated tape is larger than a height difference between the concave portion and the convex portion of the component.

摘要: A method of voltage measurement, and an apparatus for the same, having an improved accuracy and low cost is provided. The apparatus includes: a charging unit for charging a capacitor; a measuring unit for measuring a charge of the capacitor; and a microcomputer for calculating a voltage of the voltage supply. The microcomputer includes a correction value calculating program. The correction value calculating program applies a voltage of a correction measurement voltage supply to the measuring unit, measures the voltage of the correction measurement voltage supply, and calculates a correction value from a difference between a measurement value and a theoretical value of the voltage of the correction measurement voltage supply. The microcomputer also includes a voltage measurement program for subtracting the correction value from the measurement value of the charge during the prescribed period of time of charge measurement and for calculating the voltage of the voltage supply.

摘要: A power supply system using a fuel cell comprises a chemical reaction section (100) including, a evaporation section (103, 112, 114) that receives a power generation fuel and water supplied to it, heating at least the water supplied to it to evaporate it and a reaction section (105, 107) that generates a power generation gas on the basis of the steam generated by the evaporation section and the power generation fuel, a fuel supply section (P1, V1) that supplies the power generation fuel to the chemical reaction section, a water supply section (P2, V2) that supplies water to the chemical reaction section and a control section (130) that controls the operation of the system so as to stop supply of the power generation fuel from the fuel supply section to the chemical reaction section when the evaporation section is not in a condition suitable for evaporating operation. The power supply system suppresses any rise of the carbon monoxide concentration at the time of starting and stopping the system and prevents the power generation performance of the system from degrading.
