    摘要: A demountable wall partition system includes a first and a second demountable partition panel each including a board and having a front surface and a rear surface, and a flange connection element. At least one panel mount bracket is connected to each board and protrudes from the rear surface and includes a first end flange extending in a first flange plane parallel with the rear surface of the board and a second end flange. The panels are arranged spaced apart with the rear surfaces facing each other such that the at least one panel mount bracket of the respective panel form at least one pair of aligned panel mount brackets, wherein said brackets are connected to each other by means of the flange connection element which is connected to the end flanges of the brackets such that the flange connection element is supported by the brackets.

    摘要: A system for eliminating gaps between a flexible sheet and an adjacent surface. A flexible sheet has a body, an upper edge, a lower edge, and a side edge. The flexible sheet is movable between retracted and deployed configurations. A knuckle member has first and second pivotable portions, the first portion is coupled to the lower edge of the flexible sheet and the second portion has a T-shaped first end coupled to a flap on the side edge of the flexible sheet. When the flexible sheet is retracted the second portion of the knuckle is angled with respect to the first portion. When the flexible sheet is deployed the second portion of the knuckle is coaxial with the first portion and the T-shaped first end moves the flap outward to engage the adjacent surface.

    摘要: A wall system with a height adjustment unit includes: a support frame which is installed on a floor surface; a lifting and lowering frame which is coupled to the support frame so as to be able to move up and down along the outer surface of the support frame while surrounding the support frame; and a plurality of height adjustment units which are installed between the support frame and the lifting and lowering frame so as to lift or lower the lifting and lowering frame. The height adjustment unit includes a support unit which is coupled to the inside of the support frame; and a height adjustment bolt screwed to the support unit and rotated by a tool to lift or lower the lifting and lowering frame, such that the lifting and lowering frame is horizontally adjustable and thus has increased constructability.

    摘要: A system and connector interconnects modular wall vertical frame members meeting at a junction. A first vertical frame member and a second vertical frame member each have a central section for mounting a wall panel. Each vertical frame member has a pair of lateral legs at the lateral edges thereof and a pair of inner legs extending inwardly. The inner legs are spaced laterally away from the lateral edges. Each vertical frame member also has a pair of interlocking members positioned inwardly of the central section. The interlocking members each having a laterally extending leg defining a laterally extending latch receiving space. The connector member has a head or heads for supporting parts and a latch or latches for securing parts, including trim members. The junctions may be corner or end-to-end.

    摘要: A panel support system for mounting a panel to an enclosure can include support profiles mounted to a top and a bottom of the enclosure. The support profiles can define elongate channels that can be sized to receive a top or bottom portion of the panel. The bottom support profile can have apertures along a base wall of the profile. Elements for reducing friction, including, for example, rollers can extend through the apertures in an installation configuration, to facilitate insertion of a panel into the elongate channel. The friction-reducing elements can be moved to an installed configuration once the panel is in place, allowing the panel to rest on the base wall of the bottom support profile.

    摘要: A pre-assembled internal frame for a modular wall comprises a pair of vertical frame members. Each first flange of the vertical frame member has a pair of series of vertically arranged mounting openings, and each second flange has a single series. The vertical frame members are oriented to enable the frame to be arranged in an end to end junction with another frame with adjacent vertical frame members thereof abutting. This provides three of the series of vertically arranged openings on each side of the modular wall at the end to end junction. A fastener is positioned in a fastener receiving portion for fastening the horizontal frame member to the vertical frame members. The fastener receiving portions are recessed laterally inwardly from the first and second web sections for avoiding interference between adjacent fasteners when the frame is arranged in the end to end junction with another such frame.
