    摘要: A control device of a vehicle drive device includes an engine, a supercharger pressurizing intake air of the engine, and an automatic transmission outputting power of the engine to drive wheels. The control device makes a temporal rise rate of an engine torque larger from a predetermined time point during an upshift of the automatic transmission, the upshift being a shift with the engine torque after end of the upshift made larger than that before start of the upshift, the predetermined time point being made earlier when a response delay of supercharging by the supercharger becomes larger. During the upshift, the engine torque is raised in accordance with an assumed progress of the upshift from the predetermined time point and the assumed progress of the upshift being an assumption that the upshift does not progress until the predetermined time point and the upshift starts progressing from the predetermined time point.

    摘要: An idling stop device is mounted on a vehicle and automatically stops and starts an engine of the vehicle. A microcomputer has an idling stop function of automatically stopping the engine when a predetermined stop condition is established and automatically starting the engine when a predetermined start condition is established during the stopping of the engine. A detecting unit detects that a power voltage of the microcomputer, which is obtained by dropping a voltage of a battery of the vehicle is lower than a minimum operating voltage of the microcomputer. A storage unit stores voltage reduction information irrespective of a state of the microcomputer if the power voltage is lower than the minimum operating voltage. A power control unit causes a capacitor which stores electric charges corresponding to power for driving a starter motor of the engine to supply power to the starter motor when the engine is started, if the voltage reduction information is stored in the storage unit.

    摘要: A start safety circuit arrangement is incorporated into a work apparatus having an internal combustion engine. Combustion air and fuel are supplied to the combustion chamber by a control unit for the engine operation. The fuel/air mixture in the combustion chamber is ignited by an ignition plug. An operating mode selector has a start position for enriching the fuel/air mixture. A safety brake device in an operating mode brakes the work tool. A start position sensor is arranged on the operating mode selector and a brake position sensor is associated with the safety brake device. The status signal of the brake position sensor and the status signal of the start position sensor are combined to cause the control unit to disable the engine operation if the operating mode selector is in start position (III) and the safety brake device is in its standby mode (B).

    摘要: An engine speed management control system for machines such as cold planers to regulate the idle engine speed as components of the machine are operated to perform functions while the engine is idling. An auto engine speed control routine may determine a combination of active functions of the components being performed and a corresponding idle engine speed to generate sufficient power and pressurized fluid flow to perform the functions. Upon detecting a change in the combination of active functions, the algorithm may change the idle engine speed as dictated by the new combination, or may wait for a specified delay period to determine whether further changes occur to the combination of active functions.

    摘要: An apparatus, system and method are disclosed for forcing the fuel control module of a converted bi-fuel vehicle to reference a substitute fuel control map. The apparatus comprises a box affixed inside the cabin of a bi-fuel vehicle to the OBD port which sends false signals to the fuel control module indicating that the bi-fuel vehicle is running on a gasoline, ethanol, or a fuel other than the fuel powering the internal combustion engine. In some embodiments, the box in communication with the fuel control module feeds false sensor readings to the fuel control module to optimize fuel control in the vehicle engine. In other embodiments, the box overrides OEM sensor relay information, or forces the fuel control module to reference aftermarket sensors installed in place of, or in addition to, the OEM sensors.

    摘要: A gas-powered tool motor includes a combustion chamber with an intake valve at one end, an exhaust valve at another end, and a control plate or control valve between two portions of the combustion chamber. A piston or other positive displacement device is in communication with the combustion chamber. The intake and exhaust valves have closure members that are movable along a common axis in tandem between collective open positions for recharging the combustion chamber with the fuel and air mixture and collective closed positions for detonating the fuel and air mixture in the combustion chamber and displacing the positive displacement device. The control plate or control valve supports limited air flows from a first portion of the combustion chamber to a second portion of the combustion chamber even in the closed position of the control valve for supporting two-stage combustion.
