    摘要: A power generating device utilizing oscillating water for converting into wave power (1) includes: a power generating tank (10) formed with a first chamber (11), a second chamber (12) and a communicating hole (13); a quantitative liquid (20) filled in the first chamber (11) and the second chamber (12); a resonating member (30), having one end communicated with the first chamber (11) and the other end disposed in a wave (2); a quantitative gas (40) filled between the first chamber (11) and the resonating member (30); and a driving member (50, 50′, 50″) pushed by the quantitative liquid (20). Accordingly, during the reciprocal movement of the wave (2), the quantitative gas (40) is pushed and squeezed thereby enabling the quantitative liquid (20) to push the driving member (50, 50′, 50″) so as to generate power.

According to the invention, the actuator comprises a first hydraulic connection channel (16) extending through the first tail (10) to fluidically connect a first chamber (C1) with a source of hydraulic fluid (17), and the channel (16) comprises first damping means suitable for slowing down the rod (4) when the latter is depressed by regulating a hydraulic fluid flow rate in the first channel provoked by the depression of the rod.

    摘要: A composite valve is used in a hydraulic circuit. The composite valve is interposed between a stack valve and a hydraulic power supplier and between the stack valve and a multifunction valve coupled to a hydraulic device. The composite valve includes: stop valves opening/closing communication between the hydraulic power supplier and the stack valve and stop valves opening/closing communication between the stack valve and the multifunction valve; and bypass circuits respectively including stop valves opening/closing communication between the hydraulic power supplier and the multifunction valve, the bypass circuits provided closer to the hydraulic power supplier than the stop valves. This structure makes it possible to simultaneously perform various functions: repair, checking, and/or maintenance on the stack valve; flushing; and repair, checking, maintenance, and/or a trial run of the hydraulic device. The composite valve has uniform circuit configurations, which facilitates production of the valve.

    摘要: A blowout preventer (BOP) includes a pressure driven operator that is equipped with a balancing circuit to offset pressure inside the BOP. The operator, which is used to drive a ram, includes a piston, coupled to the ram by an operator arm, and a balance arm on a side of the piston opposite the operator arm. Pressure from inside the BOP communicates to an end of the balance arm opposite the piston and exerts a force to drive the ram radially inward.
