Abstract:
An assessing mark of microlens array fabricated in a scribe line region includes two vertical line patterns arranged substantially in parallel with each other, and a horizontal line pattern connecting the vertical line patterns. The vertical line patterns and horizontal line pattern define an inner index path. When treated by baking process, the two vertical line patterns are fluidized due to heat and partially merge together from the horizontal line pattern of the assessing mark along the inner index path.
Abstract:
Methods, compositions and kits are disclosed. The compounds disclosed comprise an amphetamine moiety and a methamphetamine moiety linked together by a first linking group. A second linking group depends from the first linking group and comprises a functional group. The distance of the amphetamine moiety and the methamphetamine moiety from the point of linkage of the second linking group to the first linking group is approximately the same. The compounds may be linked to labels and used in assays for the detection of amphetamine and/or methamphetamine in samples suspected of containing these drugs.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for adhering dielectric layers to metals, in particular inert metals, using an adhesive layer comprising silicon-rich silicon nitride. Good adhesion is achieved at temperatures of less than 300° C., thereby facilitating the fabrication of semiconductor structures containing II-VI and III-V semiconductors.
Abstract:
Methods, compositions and kits are disclosed directed at haptens, immunogens and immunoassays for buprenorphine (BUP) and nor buprenorphine (norBUP). The method comprises providing in combination in a medium (i) a sample suspected of containing buprenorphine (BUP) or norbuprenorphine (norBUP) and (ii) an antibody raised against an immunogen of buprenorphine (BUP) or norbuprenorphine (norBUP). The medium is examined for the presence of a complex comprising a labeled hapten of buprenorphine (BUP) or norbuprenorphine (norBUP) where the presence of such as complex indicates the presence of the compound in the sample.

Abstract:
A method for fabricating a bipolar transistor includes forming a vertical sequence of semiconductor layers, forming an implant mask on the last formed semiconductor layer, and implanting dopant ions into a portion of one or more of the semiconductor layers. The sequence of semiconductor layers includes a collector layer, a base layer that is in contact with the collector layer, and an emitter layer that is in contact with the base layer. The implanting uses a process in which the implant mask stops dopant ions from penetrating into a portion of the sequence of layers.
Abstract:
Methods, compositions and kits are disclosed. The methods are directed to determining the presence of entactogen analytes such as, for example, 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA), 3,4-methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA), 3,4-methylenedioxy-ethylamphetamine (MDEA) and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-methamphetamine (HMMA). The method comprises providing in combination in a medium (i) a sample suspected of containing the compound and (ii) an antibody raised against a compound of Formula I that comprises a protein. The medium is examined for the presence a complex comprising the compound and the antibody where the presence of such as complex indicates the presence of the compound in the sample. In one aspect of the above embodiment, the combination further comprises a label conjugate of the compound Formula I.
Abstract:
A projector having a first housing, a second housing, a projector mainframe, a lamp module and a connector pair is disclosed. The removabl lamp module is installed in the first housing which forms part of the projector housing. The projector mainframe is enclosed in the second housing which forms the other part of the projector housing. The connector pair comprises a first half connector and a second half connector, which can be fixed to or separated from each other. The first half connector connected to the lamp module is movable with respect to the second half connector fixed to the projector mainframe. When the first and second half connector are mechanically coupled, the lamp module is then mechanically coupled with the projector mainframe such that the projector can be successfully assembled. As an actuating element fixed to the lamp module activates a switch button installed in the projector mainframe, the electrical connection between the lamp module and the projector mainframe can be established simultaneously with their mechanical coupling. The actuating element and the switch button constitute an interlock switch for the projector of the invention. On the other hand, when the first and second half connector are mechanically decoupled, the lamp module can then be mechanically decoupled and simultaneously disconnected electrically from the projector mainframe. A method of safely installing the lamp module into the projector mainframe or removing the lamp module from the projector mainframe is also disclosed. The method achieves the mechanical coupling or decoupling and the electrical connection or disconnection for the lamp module and the projector mainframe, via the interlock switch.
Abstract:
A stroke and pressure adjusting device is used for the soldering process of a soldering machine which has a driving device for driving a soldering device of the soldering machine to solder, and the driving device has a driving shaft on which the stroke and pressure adjusting device is attached. The stroke and pressure adjusting device comprises a thread sleeve mounted on the driving shaft of the driving device, a slider mounted on the thread sleeve, and a spring mounted between the slider and the driving device, wherein the distance between the thread sleeve and the driving device is adjustable so as to adjust the stroke of the driving device, the distance between the slider and the driving device is adjustable and the distance between the slider and the driving device is adjustable so as to adjust the elastic force generated by the spring, thereby adjusting the operating pressure of the driving device.
