    摘要: In various embodiments, the present invention is directed to new low cost initiator compositions for use with the production of well-defined telechelic PIBs (by LC+P of isobutylene). In various other embodiments, the present invention is directed to methods for using these novel compositions as initiators for isobutylene (IB) and other cationically polymerizable monomers, such as styrene and its derivatives. In still other embodiments, the present invention is directed to structurally new, allyl (and chlorine) telechelic PIBs formed from these new initiator compositions and their derivatives (in particular, hydroxyl telechelic PIB and amine telechelic PIB). In yet other embodiments, the present invention is directed to structurally new polyurethanes, polyureas, and polyurethane ureas made using telechelic PIBs formed from these new initiator compositions.

Methods of producing a composition for tri-layer patterning applications includes: providing a formulated polymer comprising at least one type of silicon-based moiety forming the matrix of the polymer, a plurality of vinyl groups coupled to the matrix of the polymer, and a plurality of phenyl groups coupled to the matrix of the polymer, providing at least one condensation catalyst, providing at least one solvent, providing at least one pH modifier, blending the formulated polymer and part of the at least one solvent in a reaction vessel to form a reactive mixture; and incorporating the at least one pH modifier, the at least one condensation catalyst and the remaining at least one solvent into the reactive mixture to form the composition.

    摘要: A method for use in a wireless communication system with a network overlay geolocation system having a sparse deployment network in which base stations of the wireless communication system may or may not have a co-located wireless location sensors (WLS). The method enables detection and measurement of a target mobile's signal independently from a primary WLS located at the base station serving the target mobile, which enable location estimated in previous “no location” areas. The method selects based on predetermined criteria from one or more of several techniques that aid in the detection and determining a location for the target mobile. The method selects from timing advance, power levels, pattern matching, EOTD, speed, and pseudo range measurements to estimate the location of the mobile. The method also uses ambiguity function processing to detect the signal and measure an attribute of the signal.
