    摘要: A reciprocating compressor, comprising a cylinder block (1) having a cylinder bore (12) formed therein, a rear head (3) fixed to the cylinder block through a valve plate (2) and having a suction chamber (26) and a discharge chamber (27) formed therein, a front head (4) fixed to the cylinder block (1) and having a crankcase (6) formed therein, pistons (13) reciprocatingly sliding in the cylinder bore according to the rotation of a shaft (7) installed so as to pass through the crankcase (6), a means for separating lubricating oil mixed in working fluid discharged into the discharge chamber (27), and an oil tank (30) for storing the lubricating oil separated by the oil separation means, wherein the lubricating oil stored in the oil tank (30) is cooled by working fluid sucked from the outside and led into the suction chamber (26), whereby the durability of sliding portions can be increased by effectively cooling the lubricating oil in the compressor to assure excellent lubrication at the sliding portions.

    摘要: The present invention provides a precoated metal sheet, for light reflectors, having a high diffuse reflectance of visible light, and also provides the electric or electronic apparatus using it. The precoated metal sheet comprises a metal sheet or plated metal sheet, a visible light reflective undercoat having a thickness of 3 to 30 micrometers provided on at least one surface of the metal sheet or plated metal sheet, and a visible light reflective overcoat having a thickness of 10 to 40 micrometers provided on the visible light reflective undercoat. The visible light reflective undercoat comprises a binder resin and a titanium oxide, a content of the titanium oxide in the visible light reflective undercoat being 40 to 150 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a solid content of the binder resin, and the visible light reflective overcoat comprises a fluororesin-containing binder resin and a titanium oxide, a content of the titanium oxide in the visible light reflective overcoat being 40 to 150 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a solid content of the binder resin.

    摘要: A swash plate compressor includes a cylinder block, a shaft rotatably supported in a central portion of the cylinder block a swash plate which rotates along with rotation of the shaft a crankcase for retaining the swash plate, and pistons each connected to the swash plate and sliding in a corresponding one of the cylinder bores as the swash plate rotates. Each of the pistons includes a hollow cylindrical portion for sliding within the cylinder bore and a bridge for rollably supporting the pair of shoes. The bridge projects radially outward with respect to the hollow cylindrical portion. The cylinder block is formed with a projecting portion projecting from a central portion of a front end face thereof toward the crankcase, within a range limited such that the projecting portion does not interfere with the connecting portion.

The evaporated fuel system diagnostic apparatus includes a malfunction determination unit which determines whether a malfunction occurs in an evaporated fuel system, by introducing a negative pressure of an intake passage into a fuel tank.     摘要: A test system for testing the quality of electric appliances includes a test line having an endless conveyer which is provided with a multiplicity of carts, a reception terminal for receiving electric appliances from a first assembly line on which the electric appliances were assembled, and an exit terminal for releasing the appliances to a second assembly line after they are tested. The reception and the exit terminals are connected with the assembly lines in response to a run signal instructing the operation of the test line. When the electric appliances are received at the reception terminal, they are each mounted on one of the carts for circulation in intermittent movement in response to the run signal. Located along the endless conveyor are a multiplicity of test stations, which are adapted to carry out required tests when the appliances are transported to the stations. Once a test is done on an electric appliance, the same test will not be repeated on the same electric appliance. The endless conveyor is disconnected from the assembly lines in response to a stop signal instructing the stopping of the test line, so that the conveyor becomes independent of the assembly lines and circulates the electric appliances in the test line. When the test line receives the stop signal, each of the electric appliances are allowed to make a complete circulation through the test line, starting from the position located at the time of reception of the stop signal, to complete pending tests, and then the test line is stopped. The test line may be incorporated in an assembly line, thereby improving the production efficiency of the lines.
