The control unit calculates the merge speed and the merge position on the main lane based on the position and the speed of the approaching vehicle and the subject vehicle, and the control unit controls the information provision unit for providing a calculation result of the merge speed and the merge position for the driver of the subject vehicle.

    摘要: The present invention is an tri-phase epitaxy method for preparing a single crystal oxide thin film, comprising the steps of depositing on a substrate an oxide thin film serving as a seed layer and having the same composition as that of an oxide thin film to be formed, depositing on the seed layer a thin film comprising a substance capable of being melted and liquidized by heat from the substrate and dissolving the oxide to be subsequent by deposited onto the seed layer, heating the substrate to form a liquid layer, and depositing an oxide on the seed layer through the liquid layer by use of a vapor-phase epitaxy method to form the single crystal oxide thin film. In this method, the oxygen partial pressure on the liquid layer is set in the range of 1.0 to 760 Torr during the film-forming step.

    摘要: A fuel cell system calculates amount of fluid discharged from a fuel gas circulation path with water and fuel gas in accordance with an ordinary process map if inside an anode is not scavenged when a fuel cell stops electrochemical reaction; measures amount of water remaining in a fuel gas circulation path in accordance with cumulative electricity output, temperature, or elapsed time after starting the electrochemical reaction if the inside the anode is scavenged previously; and determines whether the inside the fuel gas circulation path is in dry condition or humid condition. The fuel cell system calculates amount of fluid discharged from the fuel gas circulation path with water or the fuel gas in accordance with a map predetermined for the dry condition if the fuel cell system determines that the inside the fuel gas circulation path is in the dry condition. The fuel cell system calculates the amount of the fluid to be discharged with the water or the fuel gas in accordance with the ordinary map if the fuel cell system determines that the inside the fuel gas circulation path is in the humid condition. Accordingly, wasteful discharge of fuel gas can be prevented in a purging operation after starting up the fuel cell system.

When the scavenging is switched from the first scavenging to the second scavenging via the scavenging switching valve, the pressure of the scavenging gas at the upstream side with respect to the scavenging switching valve becomes lower than the pressure of the scavenging gas during the first scavenging.

    摘要: A fuel cell system is provided that can establish, for a long time period, a stack to an idling stop state. The fuel cell system includes: an idling stop control means for setting the stack to an idling stop state by, decreasing both a supplied amount of air to the stack and generated electric current produced from the stack to less than during the idling power generation; and a discharge valve control means for determining whether there is a necessity to discharge nitrogen or generated water inside of the anode system, and for opening the purge valve or drain valve in a case of there being a necessity. The discharge valve control means shortens valve open times (PO2, DO2) of the purge valve and drain valve during idling stop to less than the valve open times (PO1, DO1) thereof during idling power generation.
