    摘要： A hit-less protection switching method and apparatus therefor for ATM transmission lines for selecting first cells from normal received signals and writing the same into a normal cell buffer, selecting second cells from emergency received signals and writing the same into an emergency cell buffer, reading the first cells from the normal cell buffer after a first delay time, reading the second cells from the emergency cell buffer after a second delay time, comparing the contents of the first cell with the contents of the second cell and changing the difference between the first delay time and the second delay time, when a state of discrepancy between the contents of the first cell and the contents of the second cell is continuously detected for a predetermined time, to dissolve the state of discrepancy, and selecting one of the cells read from the normal cell buffer and the emergency cell buffer with a delay as communications information.

    摘要： It is provided a mobile communication system comprising base stations, call control servers and access gateways. The call control servers cause a mobile terminal accommodated in one of the control server to transmit the location registration request so that the mobile terminal accommodates in another control server according to a processing amount of control signals. The base station selects a second call control server into which the one of the mobile terminals is to be newly accommodated. The one of the call control server switches to a power-saving state after the mobile terminal is accommodated into the another call control server.

    摘要： A DTV module includes a CPU, a decoder, and a CA interface circuit. The decoder executes a decoding processing on a digital television signal inputted from a demodulator provided on a motherboard, so as to decode the digital television signal into a video signal and an audio signal, and outputs the video signal and audio signal. The CA interface circuit is connected to a CA module via a PC card socket, and executes input and output processings on signals communicated among the demodulator, CA module, decoder, and CPU. The CPU controls the CA interface circuit by switching types of the signals, so that a selected type of signal conforms to a type of the CA module, in response to a broadcasting system of a digital television signal or the type of the connected CA module.

    摘要： An operation guarantee system includes a decoder circuit, a comparison circuit, a CPU circuit, a frequency adjustment circuit and a DQ adjustment circuit. The comparison circuit compares a test data signal input from the decoder circuit with an expected value data signal input from the exterior, and detects the presence or absence of an output error in the decoder circuit. The CPU circuit controls the frequency adjustment circuit and the DQ adjustment circuit to vary a frequency of a clock signal input to an external memory and a delay amount of the data signal. In addition, the CPU circuit acquires a result of detection of the comparison circuit under various conditions. Then, the CPU circuit determines an appropriate frequency of the clock signal input to the external memory based on a relationship between the various conditions and the presence or absence of the output error.
