摘要: Near a discharge device (48) for discharging paper (P) with an image formed thereon, there is provided a punch (7) for punching holes. The drive of the discharge device (48) is controlled so that the punch punches the punch holes in the trailing portion of the paper (P), without causing creasing or tearing or change in the quality of the paper (P). The punch (7) includes punching cutters (72) and a punching die (74). The punching cutters (72) and the punching die (74) are provided in a unit (U) which can be drawn out of a casing (1) covering the punch (7). With the unit (U) drawn out of the casing (1), jam recovery can be easily executed. The unit (U) is movable in the width direction of the paper (P), thereby making it possible to adjust the position of punched holes. A collecting box (76) for collecting paper scraps (P1) is disposed in the unit (U). If the collecting box (76) is pivoted or the opening (76a) thereof is lifted up when the unit (U) is pivoted, the paper scraps (P1) therein will not fall out. Delaying timing for plural punching cutters (72) to punch holes can reduce the load on the drive system.

The apparatus includes a coordinate data input unit for inputting coordinate data defining a trimming frame designated by the layout system, a tilt correcting unit for compensating for the tilt of the color printing plate by correcting the coordinate data, a unit for generating driving signals for forming a pre-press masking film based on the corrected coordinate data, and a cutter unit responsive to the driving signal for forming a pre-press masking film for cutting the masking film.

摘要: A Roots-type rotary fluid machine having resin-coated rotors fluid-tightly accomodated in a chamber formed in a housing structure which consists of a generally cup-shaped main housing body having a bore closed at its one end and open the other end, and a covering member which closes the open end of the bore in the housing body. The housing body includes a fillet portion which bridges an inner flat surface defining the bottom of the bore and facing one end face of each rotor, and an inner peripheral surface defining the periphery of the bore and facing the outer peripheral surface of each rotor. The fillet portion is formed along a line of intersection of extensions of the inner flat surface and the inner peripheral surface of the housing body, and inwardly into the bore from this line of intersection. The fillet portion has a generally triangular shape in cross section taken in a direction perpendicular to the above line of intersection.

摘要: A fuel pump for an internal combustion engine including a casing wherein partition walls divide the upper space of said casing into a fuel drawing chamber receiving fuel from a fuel tank, a fuel chamber discharging the fuel to a carburetor and a vapor separating chamber communicating with the fuel tank. A space between the fuel chamber and the vapor separating chamber enables the communication of the fuel chamber with the vapor separating chamber, so that a large portion of the vapor produced in the fuel chamber removes to the vapor separating chamber and can be returned to the fuel tank, with the result that fuel substantially free from vapor can be supplied to the carburetor.

摘要: A piezoelectric resonator includes a laminated thin film having a first thin film portion supported by a substrate and a second thin film portion spaced apart from a first main surface of the substrate and acoustically isolated from the substrate. The second thin film portion of the laminated thin film includes a piezoelectric thin film, a first electrode disposed on the upper surface of the piezoelectric thin film, and a second electrode disposed on the lower surface of the piezoelectric thin film and being larger and thicker than the first electrode. The piezoelectric resonator further includes a mass adding film disposed around the first electrode and on at least one portion of a region extending outward from the periphery of a piezoelectric vibrating portion at which the first and second electrodes overlap each other with the piezoelectric thin film disposed therebetween. The second electrode arranged so as to extend beyond the piezoelectric vibrating portion to a region at which the mass adding film is disposed.
