    摘要： A plasma etching method capable of forming a tapering etching structure having a smooth surface is provided. A fluorine-containing gas and a nitrogen gas are used and plasma is generated from these gases simultaneously, and a silicon substrate K is etched by the plasma while an etch-resistant layer is formed on the silicon substrate K by the plasma and then a fluorine-containing gas and an oxygen-containing gas are used and plasma is generated from these gases simultaneously, and the silicon substrate K is etched by the plasma while an etch-resistant layer is formed on the silicon substrate K by the plasma generated from the oxygen-containing gas, thereby forming a tapering etching structure H having a wide top opening width and a narrow bottom width.

    摘要： A lightweight spring type torque limiter is proposed, which performs the torque limiting function using the binding force applied from a coil spring to an inner ring inserted in an outer annular member. The inner ring (2) is rotatably inserted in the outer annular member (1). The coil spring (3) is fitted around the inner ring (2) and includes a small-diameter portion (3a) tightened against the radially outer surface of the inner ring (2). The coil spring (3) has hooks (3c and 3d) at the respective ends thereof which are coupled to the outer annular member (1) and an adjusting ring (4) rotatably fitted in the outer annular member (1), respectively. The inner ring (2) is formed by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin to reduce the weight of the inner ring and thus the weight of the entire torque limiter, compared to conventional inner rings, which are made of metal, and conventional torque limiters including an inner ring made of metal.

The adhesive material adheres the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein an outer periphery of the adhesive material includes a zone which includes a plurality of first portions passing substantially the same position as an outer periphery of the surface of the first substrate and a plurality of second portions each connected with the two neighboring first portions and having a center portion thereof in a peripheral direction retracted toward an inner peripheral side of the adhesive material.

The controlled apparatus transmits a control panel to the control apparatus. The control panel includes icons used to control the controlled apparatus. The controlled apparatus includes (a) a communication unit which receives, from the control apparatus, remote control information including information about operation keys included in the remote controller, the remote control information being received before the controlled apparatus transmits the control panel to the control apparatus, and (b) a modifying unit which modifies a position of the icons included in the control panel according to the remote control information. The communication unit transmits the control panel to the control apparatus after the modifying unit modifies the position of the icons included in the control panel according to the remote control information.
