Abstract: A structurally stable composite structural chromogenic material and a preparation method thereof are provided. The structurally stable composite structural chromogenic material is formed by stacking a transparent thermoplastic polymer and a structural chromogenic material layer by layer and then thermally bonding the peripheral edges of the polymer into a whole, and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer of the material are both thermoplastic polymers. The molded composite structure has relatively obvious structural color and good mechanical strength.

Abstract: A submicron-sized Pickering miniemulsion system stabilized by carbon quantum dots solid nanoparticles for biphasic catalysis is disclosed, which breaks the existing limits for homogenization of the immiscible biphasic system and overcomes the issues for big size of solid particles-stabilized emulsion droplets. A method for producing the carbon quantum dot-based catalysts and a process of establishing the Pickering miniemulsion system for biphasic reaction with enhanced catalytic efficiency are also disclosed. The carbon quantum dot-stabilized Pickering miniemulsion features a pH-responsive behavior, with a reversible transition between the emulsification and demulsification, triggering the easy & facile product separation and emulsifier/catalyst recycling in one reaction vessel.

Abstract: A curing agent for disposal of municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash and a preparation method and use method thereof are provided. In the present disclosure, a loofah nanofiber crystal, a rice husk ash (RHA), sodium hydroxide, and water are adopted as raw materials to prepare the curing agent, and the curing agent can effectively realize the safe disposal and curing of heavy metals in an MSWI fly ash. The highest curing rates of the curing agent for heavy metals Pb2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Cr3+, and Cu2+ can reach 99.7%, 99.4%, 99.5%, 98.7%, and 99.5%, respectively. The special three-dimensional (3D) cross-linked network structure of the loofah nanofiber crystal and the excellent physical and chemical adsorption properties and ion exchange capacity of the RHA are fully used in the curing agent of the present disclosure.

Abstract: A high-throughput microstructure characterization and reconstruction method of heterogeneous materials is provided. By extracting the features such as content, size and morphology of each constituent phase in the microscopic image of heterogeneous materials, and combining the principles of physical descriptor and texture synthesis method, the constituent phase with 10 microns scale, regular geometrical morphology and low content is characterized and reconstructed based on the physical descriptor, and the constituent phase with 100 microns scale, complex geometrical morphology and high content is characterized and reconstructed based on texture synthesis, and then the composition is adjusted to compensate for the overlapping pixels of each constituent phase to obtain batch reconstructed images.

Abstract: Disclosed are a general-purpose fluorescent fluid photochemical microreactor and a manufacturing method therefor by means of 3D printing, belonging to the technical field of photochemical reactor research. By using a transparent photosensitive resin and the strong space building capacity of 3D printing, a photochemical microreactor having both a light-collecting channel and a reaction channel is prepared. By means of introducing a light-collecting substance in a fluid form into a light channel, not only can play the role of light collection and wavelength conversion, which solves the difficulty of traditional photochemical reactors of light source matching, but also the light-collecting substance can be flexibly changed so as to meet the requirements of different photochemical reactions in the reaction channel, which greatly expands the application range of the reactor.

Abstract: A method for evaluating a surface cleanliness oriented toward additive forging of a metal substrate employs weight coefficients corresponding to oil contaminants, particles and chips. Contamination scores of different contaminants are determined separately by different methods, and a surface cleanliness thereof is characterized in a quantitative manner by calculating the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of each contaminant. Further, an accurate and systematic method for evaluating a surface cleanliness employs weight coefficient of each contaminant determined based on a degree of adverse influence of the contaminant on the interface bonding of a substrate. Different detection methods are used for different contaminants. The contamination score of each contaminant is determined by the sum of the product of the weight coefficient and the contamination score of the corresponding contaminant, the comparison relationship is thus established, a cleanliness level is finally determined.

Abstract: This invention belongs to the technical field of cell mechanics and provides a modified method to fit cell elastic modulus based on Sneddon model. The process of the conical atomic force microscope probe compressing into the cell was simulated by ABAQUS. The simulation results are compared with the Sneddon model to get the error caused by Sneddon model. The fitting errors of Sneddon model under different circumstances were obtained by using the method of function fitting, so as to realize the modification of Sneddon model to fit cell elastic modulus. As a modified method to fit cell elastic modulus based on Sneddon model, it can be used to measure the elastic modulus of cells more accurately. The design process is convenient and fast. The design method is easy to master, and the process of use is convenient and simple.
