摘要: An adhesive composite is provided that may include a substrate and an adhesive layer overlying the substrate. The adhesive layer may include at least a first region of a high Tg adhesive material and a second region of a low Tg adhesive material. The first region of the adhesive layer may be co-planar with the second region of the adhesive layer. The high Tg adhesive material may include a first glass transition temperature Tg1 and the low Tg adhesive material may include a second glass transition temperature Tg2, where Tg1 is greater than Tg2.

摘要: The present invention provides a polymer composition for fibers or non-woven fabrics, comprising a vinyl aromatic based copolymer and 0 to 30 wt % of an olefin based polymer based on the total weight of the polymer composition. The vinyl aromatic copolymer is represented by a formula A1-B-A2, wherein block A1 and block A2 are the same or different vinyl aromatic blocks, block A1 or block A2 having 3,800 to 4,800 of a peak molecular weight, and block B is a hydrogenated conjugated diene block. A vinyl structure content of a conjugated diene monomer content in the vinyl aromatic based copolymer is from 32 wt % to 50 wt %; and a melt flow index (MFI) of the vinyl aromatic based copolymer is 20 g/10 min˜60 g/10 min (230° C., 2.16 kg). The present invention also provides the fibers or the non-woven fabrics made from the polymer composition.

摘要: A laminate for a battery with a polypropylene adhesive layer and a metal substrate layer: (1) the adhesive includes 40-94 wt % of a propylene copolymer (A), 3-30 wt % of a butene-containing copolymer (B), 3-30 wt % of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (C) ((A), (B), and (C) is 100 wt %), (2) the copolymer (A) has a melting point of 130° C. or more measured with a differential scanning calorimeter, and a total proportion of a structural unit derived from ethylene is 4-25 mol % relative to 100 mol % of a total structural units forming all the copolymers (A) contained in the adhesive, (3) the copolymer (B) includes less than 1 mol % of a structural unit derived from ethylene, and has a melting point of 100° C. or less measured with a differential scanning calorimeter, and (4) the copolymer (C) includes 50-99 mol % of a structural unit derived from ethylene.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an adhesive film, and adhesive film includes: a photothermal conversion layer including a light absorbing agent and a pyrolytic resin; an adhesive base film layer disposed on the photothermal conversion layer; a buffer layer disposed on the adhesive base film layer; and an adhesive layer disposed on the buffer layer, and the buffer layer includes a polysiloxane resin, and the adhesive layer includes a silicon-based adhesive, and the silicon-based adhesive includes a silicon-based tackifier and a polysiloxane resin. The adhesive film according to the present disclosure can simplify a process of processing a substrate, and can prevent a damage of the substrate and a circuit or an element formed on the substrate.

摘要: Hot melt processable composition mixtures include an acid-functional (meth)acrylate-based adhesive composition and a zinc di-(meth)acrylate salt. The adhesive composition has a hot melt processing temperature, and the zinc salt has a melting point that is higher than the hot melt processing temperature of the adhesive composition. The mixture is hot melt processable, and upon application to a substrate, the mixture forms an ionically crosslinked layer with thermally reversable ionic crosslinks.

In the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet, the pressure sensitive adhesive that constitutes the pressure sensitive adhesive layer may contain a polymer having a main chain obtained by copolymerizing an acrylic-based monomer and a cyclodextrin derivative having a polymerizable group. Such a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet enables the pressure sensitive adhesive layer to be recycled.

摘要: A waterproofing membrane system for waterproofing a concrete substrate includes a first layer comprising a thermoplastic elastomeric waterproof material using advanced polymerization and squeeze technology. The second layer comprises a carrier sheet that comprises a fabric. The third layer comprises an adhesive to provide bonding of the first layer with a concrete substrate upon contact. In addition, the third layer may reduce migration of water and vapor traveling between the first layer and the concrete substrate. In some examples, the waterproofing membrane system also includes a fourth layer to provide mechanical protection and ease of handling for the first layer, the second layer, and the third layer. In some examples, the first layer comprises a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), the fabric comprises polypropylene or polyethylene, the adhesive comprises a C5 petroleum resin, and the fourth layer is a protective coating comprising quartz sand (SiO2) having a reflectivity of 4.5%.
