摘要:
The present invention relates to a cellulose carbamate spinning solution, the cellulose carbamate being dissolved in an ionic liquid. The invention relates furthermore to a method for the production of nonwovens in which the cellulose carbamate spinning solution is pressed through the holes of a nozzle bar and stretched by a multiple by means of an air flow. The formed fiber curtain is laid on a perforated conveyer belt, washed and dried. Likewise, the invention relates to nonwovens of this type and also the use thereof.

The present invention relates to a process of making biodegradable and/or bioabsorbable biomaterials and keratin nonwoven fibrous articles by electrospinning fibers from a blend of biomaterials and keratin dissolved in organic solvents includes generating a high voltage electric field between oppositely charged biomaterials and keratin fluid in a syringe with a capillary tip and a metallic collection roller and causing a jet to flow to the roller as solvent evaporates and collecting fibrous membranes or scaffolds on the roller. Keratin increased the cell affinity of biomaterial scaffolds which have potential medical applications.

An object of the present invention is to provide a composite membrane support composed of a dry process thermoplastic resin filaments nonwoven fabric having a significantly high uniformity to enable formation of a porous layer free from strike-through or a defect such as pinhole at the film formation, producing no skin layer defect at the formation of a skin layer, and being excellent in the mechanical strength and dimensional stability at high temperatures, and a high-performance composite membrane and a composite membrane element each using the composite membrane support. The composite membrane support of the present invention is a laminate dry process thermoplastic resin filaments nonwoven fabric comprising three or more layers containing at least a meltblown fiber layer as an interlayer and spunbond fiber layers on both sides of the interlayer, wherein the average value of air flow resistance is from 2.0 to 30.0 kPa·s/m and the ratio between the average value and the standard deviation of air flow resistance is 0.6 or less.

Nanofibers are formed from a polymer material by rotating a conductive rotating container having a plurality of small holes while supplying a polymer solution formed by dissolving a polymer material in a solvent into the rotating container, charging the polymer solution discharged from the small holes of the rotating container by charging means, and drawing the discharged filamentous polymer solution by centrifugal force and an electrostatic explosion resulting from evaporation of the solvent. The nanofibers from this production step are oriented and made to flow from one side toward the other side in a shaft center direction of the rotating container by a reflecting electrode and/or blowing means, or those nanofibers are deposited, to produce a polymer web. The nanofibers and the polymer web using these nanofibers can be produced uniformly by a simple configuration with good productivity.

摘要:
A method for producing a fiber membrane of nanofibers that have both smooth and porous surface features. The method includes materials processing using polymer mixes with solvents and melt polymers with additives. The method includes nanomaterial incorporation onto a fiber structure after formation of the fiber structure. The fiber structure can be a part of a nanoparticle carrier material, a nanoparticle disposal medium, a lighting medium, and a catalysis medium.

Process of manufacturing spun-bonded fabric, using naturally crimped filaments, whereby the filaments are passed through a stretching unit and finally through a diffusor. The filaments are thereupon layered on a layering device, as crimped filaments. The layered filaments together with the layering device are passed through a solidifying device in which the filaments are solidified by means of a fluid.

A porous monocomponent nonwoven web contains a bimodal mass fraction/fiber size mixture of intermingled continuous microfibers and larger size fibers of the same polymeric composition. There are at least five times as many microfibers as larger size fibers, and a histogram of the mass fraction of fibers vs. fiber size exhibits a larger size fiber mode greater than 10 μm. The web may be made by flowing fiber-forming material through a die cavity having larger size orifices and at least five times as many smaller size orifices to form filaments, attenuating the filaments into fibers and collecting the attenuated fibers to form the nonwoven web. The web is especially well suited to the manufacture of self-supporting three dimensional articles such as molded cup-shaped respirators and pleated air filters.

The invention relates to a thermoplastic processible aminoplast resin, a method for its production and a fine fiber non-woven material as textile area of fibers from aminoplast resins, in particular duroplastic triazine resins, which have an average fiber diameter of 0.1 to 100 μm and between 1 and 1000 branching arms and between 1 and 300 branching points per square millimetre. The invention also relates to a method for production of duroplastic fine fiber non-woven material in which a melt of melamine resin is pressed through spinning nozzles and blown by the escaping hot air to fine fibers, the fine fibers are separated from the air stream and deposited to a non-woven material consisting of a tangled layer, a treatment with a media causing cross-linking and a neutralization step follows, and the fine fibers are glued to a non-woven material in a subsequent thermal after-treatment, whereat the thermal after-treatment comprises two steps.

An industrial fabric such as an endless belt or sleeve for use in the production of nonwovens, and a method of making thereof are disclosed. The industrial fabric is produced by spirally winding strips of polymeric material, such as an industrial strapping or ribbon material, and joining the adjoining sides of the strips of material using ultrasonic welding or laser welding techniques. The fabric may then be perforated using a suitable technique to make it permeable to air and/or water.
