摘要: A peristaltic pump disclosed herein includes a raceway, a plunger, a motor, and a heater. The raceway is configured to retain a tube (e.g., an IV tube). The plunger acts on the tube disposed within the raceway. The motor engages the plunger to actuate the plunger. The heater is disposed in thermal-conductive contact with the tube. That is, the heater, either through direct or indirect application, heats the tube.

摘要: A reciprocating pump is disclosed. The reciprocating pump may comprise a power end, and a fluid end operatively connected to the power end. The fluid end may include a plunger, a cylinder configured to operatively engage the plunger, and an end block. The plunger, the cylinder, and the end block of the fluid end may each be fabricated from a high toughness martensitic stainless steel composition comprising between 11.50% and 17.00% by weight chromium, between 3.50% and 6.00% by weight nickel, between 0.30% and 1.50% by weight molybdenum, between 0.01% and 0.20% by weight vanadium, and iron.

摘要: The present invention discloses a Fluid End and its manufacturing method. The conventional fluid end manufacturing methods involve machining of all surfaces.This demands more input stock for manufacturing process and a lot of material wastage during machining process. In the conventional processes involving open die forging followed by machining result into only about 34% utilization of material. In the present invention, fluid end component geometry is optimized. Assembly surfaces are machined whereas other or non-assembly surfaces are as-forged condition. The method of invention also results in significant reduction in machining time and chip removal. The present invention also discloses a process of manufacturing using a combination of open die and closed die forging, and machining. It involves the steps of cogging an ingot to form billet for closed die forging using open die forging, forging the billet in closed die using forging equipment, semi-finish/rough/partial machining, heat treatment, drilling and finish machining the component. Most of the non-assembly areas of the fluid end are left in as-forged condition.

摘要: A diaphragm pump including: a pump body including an upper cover, a valve seat and a cylinder body connected in sequence. The valve seat has a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole. The upper cover and the valve seat define a water inlet cavity and a water outlet cavity independent from each other. The water inlet hole communicates with the water inlet cavity while the water outlet hole communicates with the water outlet cavity. A mounting base is provided to a bottom of the water outlet cavity, and a plurality of spaced first position-limiting members are formed at a top of the water outlet cavity and extend downwards. A water inlet valve block is provided to a bottom surface of the valve seat to open or close the water inlet hole. A diaphragm assembly controls opening or closure of the water outlet hole.

摘要: A pump cartridge for mounting on a drive rotor includes a roller assembly having first and second hubs maintained in a spaced apart relationship and defining an axis, and a plurality of planetary rollers arranged in a circumferentially spaced orientation about the axis, the rollers mounted to the hubs displacement radially outward. One or more compressible tubing lines are interposed between the rollers and an interior wall of the pump cartridge housing. The housing and the first and second hubs collectively define a passageway through which a spreader on the drive rotor extends and may be rotated relative to the roller assembly to displace the rollers radially outward to thereby compress the tubing lines against the interior wall. A coupling feature on the first hub engages a roller driving feature of the rotor, so that rotation of the rotor causes rotation of the roller assembly about the axis.

The box is composed of a cover and a base, which are respectively provided with upper and lower airflow-guiding members, which can quickly guide the air current generated by a cooling fan of the compressor unit to enter the motor's housing via two openings of the housing and to flow out of the motor's housing via downstream through holes of the housing, thus dissipating the heat generated by a rotor assembly in the motor, so that heat is not easy to accumulate in the motor, so that maximum power output of the motor can be achieved, and the performance and service life of the motor can be increased.

The plunger includes a shaft portion, a seat receiver, and a step surface. The spring biases the plunger in a second direction opposite to a first direction through the spring seat. The stopper includes an engaging portion. The engaging portion restricts, by engaging with the step surface, a movable range of the plunger in the second direction. The stopper defines therein an eccentric hole that has an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the step surface. The eccentric hole is eccentric with the plunger and opens through a portion of the stopper other than the engaging portion.

摘要: A system and method for pumping fluid using a set of interconnected pump cassettes is disclosed. Each of the pump cassettes can receive a first solution in a first pumping chamber and each of the pump cassettes can receive separate second solutions in respective second pumping chambers, so that the first solution can be mixed with the separate second solutions, each said mixture capable of being placed in separate containers. The system includes a control assembly for operating each pump cassette, each pump cassette having a flexible membrane to pump fluid into and out of the pumping chambers, and each pump cassette configured for mating with a base unit that provides positive or negative pneumatic pressure to the flexible membrane.
