    摘要: A technique for processing input data is provided. Multiple input rows to beloaded into a first structure are received. Each input row of the multiple input rows is processed to classify each input row as one of an insert row and an update row, wherein input duplicates are stored in the first structure and index entries for the input duplicates are stored in a second structure. After the multiple input rows have been processed, the input duplicates are automatically re-applied to the first structure and the index entries stored in the second structure are processed.

    摘要: In embodiments, a multi-phase approach can be used to deploy an application across a network or server cluster. A master deployer on an administration server is contacted, such as by a deployment tool, indicating that an application is to be deployed. The master contacts a slave deployer on each managed server that is to deploy the application, indicating that the slave should prepare for deployment. The slave can pull the application from an application source into a staging area for each managed server. In the staging area, each managed server explodes the application from an application archive file, if necessary, and attempts to load the application. The managed servers notify the master of the success of the load, and if all loads are successful each application can be moved to a production directory and activated.

    摘要: A technique for processing input data is provided. Multiple input rows to be loaded into a first structure are received. Each input row of the multiple input rows is processed to classify each input row as one of an insert row and an update row, wherein input duplicates are stored in the first structure and index entries for the input duplicates are stored in a second structure. After the multiple input rows have been processed, the input duplicates are automatically re-applied to the first structure and the index entries stored in the second structure are processed. Also provided is a technique for processing input data in which one or more input rows are loaded into an output table, and wherein index entries for input rows are stored in a first structure and discarded input rows are stored in a third structure. Periodically, the loading of the one or more input rows is interrupted to perform an index merge, wherein input duplicates for which corresponding index entries in the first structure are not added to an index are stored in a second structure. It is determined whether to add data for one or more discarded input rows in the third structure to the second structure. When it is determined that data for one or more discarded input rows in the third structure are to be added to the second structure, data for the discarded input rows are added to the second structure. Input duplicates and discarded input rows for which data is stored in the second structure are automatically reapplied to the output table.

    摘要: Aspects of the subject matter described herein relate to synchronizing for directory actions performed while offline. In aspects, file system objects that reside on a remote data store are made available for offline use. While offline, a client receives an indication that a directory is to be deleted or renamed. In response, the client modifies its local copy of the directory and its descendants if any and stores one or more tombstones that include information that the client can use when synchronizing the changes made to the directory when the client is reconnected to the remote data store. When the client reconnects to the remote data store, the client synchronizes changes made while offline with the remote data store. Resolution conflict mechanisms may be used during this synchronization.

    摘要: A reciprocating piston compressor for use in a refrigerant compression circuit comprises first and second intake manifolds, first and second reciprocating piston compression units, an outlet manifold and a first pulsing valve. The intake manifolds segregate inlet flow into the compressor. The first and second reciprocating piston compression units receive flow from the first and second intake manifolds, respectively. The outlet manifold collects and distributes compressed refrigerant from the compression units. The first pulsing valve is mounted externally of the first intake manifold to regulate refrigerant flow into the first intake manifold. In another embodiment, a second valve is mounted externally of the second intake manifold to regulate flow into the second intake manifold, and the first and second valves are operated by a controller. The controller activates the first valve with variable width pulses having intervals less than an operating inertia of the refrigerant compression circuit.
