摘要: A nitrogen gas tank, a rotary pump and a mechanical booster pump are connected to a bonding vessel that constitutes a bonding apparatus for carrying out diffusion bonding, the apparatus further comprising a pressure sensor. A nitrogen gas atmosphere is formed inside the bonding vessel, and under control operations of a control circuit, a nitrogen introduction rate is controlled so that a pressure is substantially fixed at a predetermined pressure between 3-105 Pa. At such a state, under the action of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder, a second electrode is brought into proximity with a first electrode, so that ultimately, a first object to be bonded and a second object to be bonded on the first electrode are pressed. Further, current is applied through the first electrode and the second electrode with respect to the first object to be bonded and the second object to be bonded.

摘要: To solve the lack of program time, which is a problem of a display device including an EL element, and to provide a display device including a pixel circuit with a high aperture ratio and a driving method thereof. In a circuit including a driving transistor, a capacitor, a display element which can be used as a capacitor, a first power supply line and a second power supply line, potentials of the first power supply line and the second power supply line are set to be almost the same, thereby a threshold voltage of the driving transistor is held in the display element, and after that, a charge is divided into the display element and the capacitor.

摘要: To provide an active matrix display device in which power consumption of a signal line driver circuit can be suppressed, so that power consumption of the entire memory can be suppressed. A plurality of memory circuits which can write data of a video signal input to a pixel in one line period and can hold the data are provided in a signal line driver circuit of a display device. Then, the data held in each memory circuit is input to a pixel of a corresponding line as a video signal. By providing two or more memory circuits in a driver circuit, pieces of data of video signals corresponding to two or more line periods can be concurrently held in the memory circuits.

摘要: A semiconductor display device that operates normally at a room temperature may not operate normally at a low temperature. Meanwhile, in semiconductor display devices with the same circuit configuration and the same driving method, the higher the operating frequency is, the better the display quality is. Thus, a semiconductor display device the operating frequency of which is set on the basis of a room temperature may not operate normally at a low temperature. According to the invention, the temperature and the operating state of a semiconductor display device are measured to vary the operating frequency in accordance with the measurement result. More specifically, the operating frequency is decreased at a low temperature to obtain normal operation, while the operating frequency is increased at a room temperature and a high temperature to improve the display quality.

摘要: This invention is a rubber composition for a tire tread of 100 parts by weight (pbw) diene system rubber to which are added x pbw of carbon black and y pbw of softening agent. The softening agent contains z pbw of liquid polymer. The amounts of x, y and z are described by the inequalities (5/8)x-20.ltoreq.y.ltoreq.x and (y/5)+5.ltoreq.z. The liquid polymer has a flow points of 20.degree. C. or below. The rubber composition provided here gives a tire tread with improved performance in terms of grade climbing ability, braking and standing start, on ice as well as on snow. Besides, the service life of the rubber is prolonged, and tread performance deterioration is reduced to a minimum.
