摘要: In a computing system where multiple servers are connected through a network and one or more jobs are run, a power reduction facility of a supervisory server relocates jobs according to predetermined conditions, thereby reducing the amount of power consumed by the computing system. For relocating the jobs, the power reduction facility obtains server-related information such as the power properties of the servers constituting the computing system and job-related information such as performance requirements for the jobs which are run in the computing system, and searches for one or more jobs to be relocated and destination servers, based on these server-related information and job-related information, to the extent that the performance requirements for each job are fulfilled. Based on the search results, the jobs are relocated to the destination servers, and servers on which no job is running, in consequence of the relocation, are powered off.

摘要: A door weather strip, which is of annular form as a whole, includes a base section and a hollow sealing section as its basic constituent elements. The portion of the door weather strip corresponding to the corner part of the upper portion on the center pillar side of the front door provides a molded section, and any other section provides a continuously formed extrusion section. On the portion other than the lower side portion in the peripheral portion of the opening section for the front door of a vehicle body, the ridge portion as along the peripheral portion thereof is provided. In the closed state of the front door, the sealing section is elastically deformed so as to be pressed and extended in opposite directions away from the top portion of the ridge portion.

摘要: A vehicle has a movable member movably disposed in an opening to close or open the opening. The seal is mounted to one of the movable member and an inner edge surrounding the opening conforming to each other. The seal has a seal portion subject to elastic deformation when being pressed against the movable member or the inner edge. The seal portion is made of a vulcanizable rubber. A base portion is made of a thermoplastic elastomer. The seal portion and the base portion are integrated by coextrusion. The rubber of the seal portion is vulcanized when passing through a vulcanizer.
