摘要: A path setting method and device to secure bandwidth for multiple paths to provide a service from a service provider to a subscriber. The path setting device determines whether a received message is a request message for a first path, the request message including requested bandwidth information for a plurality of paths set for the service required by the subscriber. The bandwidth is secured based on the requested bandwidth information set in the request message for the first path between the service provider and the subscriber in response to receiving the request message for the first path. The bandwidth may also be secured by determining whether a received message is a request message and determining whether a number of request messages received from the same subscriber reaches a number of paths set in the request message for the first path. The bandwidth required for all paths set to provide the service for the subscriber is secured when the number of request messages received from the same subscriber reaches the number of paths set in the request message for the first path.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a nonlinear element capable further improving nonlinearity of a nonlinear element, an electrooptic device, and electronic apparatus. In forming an element substrate of a liquid crystal device, an underlying layer is formed on the surface of the element substrate in the underlying layer forming step (a), and then a first metal film having a metal film containing at least Ta is formed in the first metal film forming step (b). Then, in the insulating film forming step (c), the first metal film is annealed under high pressure in an atmosphere containing water vapor to form an insulating film on the first metal film. Then, in the second metal film forming step, a second metal film is formed on the surface of the insulating film to produce a nonlinear element.

摘要: In a posture control apparatus controlling the posture of a vehicle in yawing direction by independently controlling brakes of the wheels, intervention of a first understeer control suppressing an understeering tendency is carried out when the understeering tendency of the vehicle is stronger than a preset reference value. Moreover, intervention of a second understeer control, in which the control amount is lower than in the first understeer control, is carried out when the actual yaw rate does not make a predetermined change with respect to a change of a steering wheel angle, thus improving the sense of stability and the controllability felt by the driver.

摘要: The present invention relates to a solid electrolytic capacitor having a large capacitance and a higher resistance to heat and adapted as a surface-mount device and a method of producing the same. The invention may include the followings features: (1) a layer containing an electroconductive polymer and a less conductive polymer is provided on a dielectric oxide film on the positive electrode foil; (2) a separator of a polyester resin based unwoven fabric made by span bonding and/or wet processing a resin material is sandwiched between the positive electrode foil and the negative electrode foil and rolled together to form a capacitor element which also include a solid electrolyte; (3) a separator is sandwiched between the positive electrode foil and the negative electrode foil coated with a dielectric oxide film exhibiting a withstand voltage of 0.8 to 10 V and rolled together to form a capacitor element which also include a solid electrolyte of an electrically conductive polymer; (4) the negative electrode foil is coated with a layer made of at least a metallic material selected from titanium, zirconium, hafnium, and its compound or of a carbon material; (5) the capacitor element has its content of, water adjusted to not higher than 1% by weight and is enclosed in an outer case; (6-A) the solid electrolyte is a conductive polymer prepared by chemically polymerizing a heterocyclic monomer with the use of an oxidizing solution of which the weight ratio of bivalent iron to trivalent iron is not higher than 0.02; (6-B) the solid electrolyte is a conductive polymer prepared by chemically polymerizing a heterocyclic monomer with the use of an oxidizing solution of which the molar ratio of aliphatic and/or aromatic sulfonic acid to trivalent iron ranges from 3.0 to 3.5; and (7) the solid electrolyte is a conductive polymer prepared by chemically polymerizing a heterocyclic monomer in which the remaining of a basic organic solvent is not higher than 0.8%.

摘要: A call process processor (CC) outputs a control instruction of a connection only to a line response unit at a source side. The line response unit at the source side transmits a connection control cell where a VPI/VCI corresponding to a specified connection is set, tag information indicating a route to a line response unit at a destination side is set, connection control information identifying it as the connection control cell is set in an empty area of the header and connection information for controlling the specified connection is stored, to an ATM switch. The line response unit at the destination side extracts the connection control cell which is transmitted from the line response unit at the source side and input from the ATM switch according to the connection control information, and controls the specified connection according to the extracted connection control cell.
