    Abstract: A biological information measurement system includes a light emitting portion, a light receiving portion, a light detection portion, a wireless transmission portion, a reception portion that receives information to specify a change corresponding to an increase or a decrease in the concentration or the amount of hemoglobin, wirelessly transmitted from the wireless transmission portion, and a determination portion that monitors information regarding a change in a blood flow based on the information for specifying a change corresponding to an increase or a decrease in the concentration or the amount of hemoglobin, received by the reception portion, over time, and determines whether or not a rate of the change in a blood flow exceeds a predetermined reference value in a case where there is a change in the information regarding a change in a blood flow according to a timing of chest compressions of the subject.

    Abstract: The resuscitation device includes a curved tube which is inserted into the mouth and the throat of the patient, a straight segment remaining on the outside, where two one-way safety valves are arranged, for preventing the return of fluid, said device also including a prophylactic mouthpiece used by the resuscitating person in order to blow the air, and a protective mask which covers the mouth and the nose of the resuscitator, the mouthpiece and mask assembly being able to rotate in both directions so as to adopt different positions, where the tube is mounted on the rest of the device in a pressurized detachable manner, thus enabling the tube to be mounted in its position of use in a very simple manner, as it only requires the pressurized coupling of the end of the tube in the corresponding housing thereof.

    Abstract: A mechanical chest compression device is secured to a gurney, transport stretcher or ambulance cot while engaging a patient's thorax to provide mechanical CPR during transport. The mechanical chest compression device compresses the patient's thorax against the gurney deck. The mechanical chest compression device may engage the side rails on the gurney, the gurney deck or any suitable structural elements of the gurney.
