摘要: An opening on one end side of a pin-boss oil passage opens to the inner circumferential surface of a pin boss part of an upper link, while an opening on the other end side thereof opens to the outer circumferential surface of the pin boss part of the upper link. A lower-link oil passage has a one-end-side opening structured to open to a pin-boss-facing surface of the lower link facing the outer circumferential surface of the pin boss part of the upper link and its other-end-side opening structured to open to a crankpin bearing surface. The lower-link oil passage is configured to point, at a prescribed crankangle, to a specified end edge of end edges of the other-end-side opening of the pin-boss oil passage, the specified end edge facing one end side of the upper link.

摘要: A pump assembly for supplying negative pressure to a pneumatic brake booster, wherein the pump assembly has at least two elastic displacement elements which are moved by connecting rods, the connecting rods each being rotatably mounted on an eccentric element. The eccentric element has a bearing seat element and a force element. At least two eccentric elements are secured next to each other on a drive shaft that rotates about an axis of rotation and an interlocking anti-rotation device is provided that determines a defined angular position of the eccentric elements relative to each other about the axis of rotation. In order to improve the ease of assembly and simplify the manufacturability, the anti-rotation device is designed as shaped elements of the bearing seat element in such a way that they engage in each other in an interlocking manner when the eccentric elements are in a defined angular position relative to each other.

摘要: Disclosed is a motor-pump assembly (1) for a brake actuating device of a motor vehicle brake system with a pneumatic brake booster. An electric motor (3) drives a double diaphragm pump (2) with two working diaphragms (4) which are located opposite one another. Air expelled from the working spaces (7) is directed into an interior space (22) surrounding a crank drive (8) of the pump housing (5). An air outlet unit (23, 53) has a filter housing (32, 54), a filter (33, 59), an air outlet cover (34, 56), a valve holding element (38, 70) and a valve body (31). A partition wall (37, 55) deflects the air emerging from the interior space (22) in the air outlet unit (23, 53 between the filter housing (32, 54) and the air outlet cover (34, 56), with an integrally molded valve holding element (38, 70).

At least one of the bearing portions and support portions has an axial extension superior to that required for radially bearing the crankshaft, the first and second bearing portions defining, with the first and second support portions, respectively, a first and a second radial bearing regions having the axial extensions required for a radial bearing for the crankshaft, presenting lower loss by viscous friction.

The outer race member has an internal shoulder for engaging the end surface of the inner race member. The inner and outer race members are configured to define a raceway between them and to define a snap ring seat between them. There are cylindrical rollers in the raceway and a snap ring in the snap ring seat. The bearing may be provided as a follower head on a cam follower or may be eccentrically mounted on a drive shaft to serve as a cam. A cargo dolly may include such a cam near a wheel, to help the wheel overcome an obstacle. A bearing can be assembled by inserting the inner race member into the outer race member, disposing cylindrical rollers in the raceway and disposing a snap ring in the snap ring seat.

摘要: Methods and apparatus for constructing an eccentric shaft, characterized by a central shaft constructed of forged material and including one or more relatively small diameter eccentric protrusions to which are attached larger diameter discs shrink-fitted to the cylinder and suitable for interfacing with roller bearings. The ends of the central shaft are fitted with sleeves for interfacing with bearings that allow the shaft to rotate and preferably having one or more circumferential grooves for supplying a hydraulic assist in removing bearings from the shaft. The shaft also preferably has at least one concentric disc suitable for attaching to a gear through which power can be applied to rotate the shaft.

摘要: In the case of a crankshaft with hollow pins, cross-sectionally distributed expanding sleeves inserted into the exit apertures of the main pins and crank pins in the crank webs. These sleeves generate a prestress in the material of the crank webs in order to increase the bending and torsional strength and to avoid the formation of cracks in the endangered shaft cross-section. Further expanding means in the pins extending along the length of the pins increase the natural frequency of the shaft in uncritical areas.

摘要: An improved processing apparatus for adjustable stroke rotary indexing is provided. The apparatus comprises a rotatable input shaft, an intermediate shaft drivably and mechanically coupled to the input shaft, an output shaft coupled to the input shaft by a one-way clutch, and means for selectively adjusting the angular stroke of the output shaft. The mechanical coupling between the input and intermediate shafts comprises a planar four-link mechanism configured to operate in crank-rocker fashion such that continuous rotary input motion will produce angular rocking motion in the intermediate shaft. The limit positions of the oscillating shaft are a function of the length of the crank in the planar four-link crank-rocker coupling. The crank comprises a first crank member mounted on the input shaft and a second crank member rotatably mounted with respect to and lockably engagable with the first member. A method and means are provided for adjusting the angular stroke by altering the length of the crank through adjusting the angular displacement between the first and second crank members.
