The magnetron includes a cathode unit, which is connected to a terminal of a power source, and which selectively emits an electron according to when power is supplied; an anode block, which is connected to another terminal of the power source, and which has an operation chamber in which the emitted electron moves; and one or more resonance cavities which generate a high-frequency energy by a movement of the emitted electron; and a pair of magnet units forming a magnetic field in the operation chamber.

摘要： A film bulk acoustic resonator, and a method for manufacturing the same. The film bulk acoustic resonator includes a substrate, a protection layer vapor-deposited on the substrate, a membrane vapor-deposited on the protection layer and at a predetermined distance from an upper side of the substrate, and a laminated resonance part vapor-deposited on the membrane. Further, the manufacturing method includes vapor-depositing a membrane on a substrate, forming protection layers on both sides of the membrane, vapor-depositing a laminated resonance part on the membrane, and forming an air gap by removing a part of the substrate disposed between the protection layers. Accordingly, the membrane can be formed in a simple structure and without stress, and the whole manufacturing process is simplified.

According to one embodiment, a method of controlling resonance power transmission in a resonance power transmitter may include: transmitting resonance power to a resonance power receiver, the resonance power having resonance frequencies which vary with respect to a plurality of time intervals; and receiving, from the resonance power receiver, information regarding the resonance frequency having the highest power transmission efficiency among the resonance frequencies used in the time intervals.

摘要： A wireless power transmission system, a method and an apparatus for tracking a resonance frequency in the wireless power transmission system, are provided. A device of the wireless power transmission system includes a resonator configured to receive and output a power from another resonator of another device. The device further includes a power supply unit configured to provide, to a device load, the power output from the resonator. The device further includes a calibration load configured to receive the power output from the resonator in a calibration mode of the device to match resonance frequencies of the resonator and the other resonator. The device further includes a controller configured to selectively connect the resonator to the power supply unit or the calibration load, based on whether the device operates in the calibration mode.
