    摘要: In a key telephone system connectable to both ISDN and PSTN, for the purpose of compensation of a difference in speech signal level between ISDN and PSTN, digital pads are incorporated in an ISDN interface unit mounted on a key service unit of this system. In the digital pads, original PCM-code speech signals received/transmitted from/to the ISDN line are converted into PCM-code speech signal with a compensated speech signal level obtained by adding a selected gain to the original speech signal level. Since the difference in the speech signal level between ISDN and PSTN differs according to the conditions, an appropriate gain is selected from a plurality of previously prepared gains. That is, the relationship between telephone numbers and information signals indicative of the selected gain is registered in the key service unit. Therefore, when conversation is made to a subscriber whose telephone number has been registered through the ISDN, a gain registered in correspondence to the subscriber's telephone number can be selected automatically.

    摘要: In a power supply apparatus including a plurality of power supply circuits, each of the power supply circuits has a piezoelectric transformer, a rectification element which rectifies and smoothes a voltage output from the piezoelectric transformer in accordance with a load and outputs the voltage, a voltage-controlled oscillator which controls the frequency of an output signal in accordance with an input control signal, and a power supply voltage supply element which is driven by a signal output from the voltage-controlled oscillator and supplies a power supply voltage to the piezoelectric transformer. One power supply circuit includes a resonance frequency change unit which is connected to the output side of the piezoelectric transformer. The resonance frequency change unit drives the piezoelectric transformer of the power supply circuit at a driving frequency which is different from the driving frequency of the piezoelectric transformer in another power supply circuit by shifting the peak of the resonance frequency.

    摘要: This invention provides a power supply device which widens a narrow output control width which is a drawback of a conventional voltage resonant power supply, and in adopting as a switching control element a low-cost IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) which permits a large current, optimizes a gate signal waveform to minimize a switching loss in control because the IGBT has a larger loss than an FET. A voltage resonant converter includes a switching IGBT (201) connected to a power supply, a first resonant capacitor (204) series-connected to the IGBT (201), an IGBT (202) series-connected to the first resonant capacitor (204), an exciting coil (18) connected between the power supply and a node between the first resonant capacitor (204) and the IGBT (202), a second resonant capacitor (205) parallel-connected to the IGBT (202), and regenerative diodes (206, 207) respectively parallel-connected to the IGBTs (201, 202). A gate control signal to the IGBTs (201, 202) allows generating a switching timing signal by waveform shaping from a transmission voltage (3) of an insulated driving transformer to ensure reliable switching operation.
