    摘要: A hydraulic pressure control apparatus for an automatic transmission including a microprocessor-based control unit for controlling hydraulic pressure supplied to hydraulic servos of friction engagement elements. The control apparatus calculates a target hydraulic pressure P.sub.TA for a condition at the start of the inertia phase in accordance with the input torque, and a gradient based on the target hydraulic pressure and a predetermined time t.sub.TA. A first up-sweep of hydraulic pressure is performed by the apparatus with the gradient. A relatively gradual gradient .delta.P.sub.TA is set based on a target rotation change rate for the input rotational speed to provide a predetermined change amount when the hydraulic pressure becomes the target hydraulic pressure P.sub.TA. The control apparatus performs a second up-sweep with the gradient .delta.P.sub.TA. When the rotational speed change .DELTA.N of the input rotation becomes a rotation change start-determining rotational speed dN.sub.S, the control apparatus feedback-controls the hydraulic pressure with a predetermined gradient while referring to the input rotation change. Further, the control apparatus detects the target shift start time and the rotational speed change rate at the target shift start time to correct the target hydraulic pressure P.sub.TA, the gradient .delta.P.sub.TA of the second sweep section, and the target shift start time t.sub.aim.

    摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission includes a clutch for transmitting the rotation of an engine to the transmission and a hydraulic servo for applying/releasing the clutch. A starting state is determined by satisfaction of at least one of the following conditions: the throttle opening is not fully closed; the brake pedal is released; and/or the vehicle speed is substantially above zero. Sensors detect the throttle opening of the engine and the applied/released state of the clutch and send signals to a control unit. A hydraulic controller controls the oil pressure fed to the hydraulic servo. When the starting state is detected, the control unit detects the actual applied/released state of the clutch to determine the difference between the applied/released state and a predetermined ideal applied/released state to set an oil pressure correction according to that difference. Next, a predetermined oil pressure for achieving the ideal engaging characteristics of the clutch is read, oil pressure correction is added to the read oil pressure, and the sum is output to the hydraulic controller. As a result, even if an error occurs in the output of the control valve of the hydraulic controller or if the clutch has aged, the oil pressure is corrected by the oil pressure correction according to the difference between the actual applied/released state and the ideal applied/released state so that the engaging characteristics obtained can approximate the ideal.

    摘要: A control system for control of a clutch interposed between a fluid transmission unit and a speed change unit in a vehicular automatic transmission. The control system includes a first R.P.M. detector for detecting clutch input side R.P.M. and a second R.P.M. detector for detecting clutch output side R.P.M. A stop state detector determines if the vehicle is at a standstill and a starting operation detector detects a starting operation by the driver. The hydraulic control unit includes a hydraulic servo for applying/releasing the input clutch, a control signal oil pressure generating solenoid valve for generating a control signal oil pressure, a control valve for regulating a forward running range pressure according to the control signal oil pressure to generate a control oil pressure; a change signal oil pressure generating solenoid valve for generating a change signal oil pressure and a change-over valve switchable by the change signal oil pressure, between a first position in which it feeds the forward running range pressure to the hydraulic servo, and a second position in which it feeds the control oil pressure to the hydraulic servo. A failure is decided if the clutch input/output R.P.M. difference is over a set value which is set on the basis of the clutch input/output R.P.M. difference when the starting operation is detected by the starting operation detector. A fail-safe feature causes a shift output to a higher speed gear stage, over-riding a control signal from the pressure booster, when a failure is decided, to output the change signal to the solenoid of the control signal oil pressure solenoid valve to thereby bring the change-over valve into the first position.

    摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission, having a fluid transmission unit for transmitting the rotation of an engine to a speed change unit. The control system includes a clutch which is applied responsive to selection of forward running range; a one-way clutch which is locked, when the clutch is applied, to establish a forward first speed; a brake for locking the one-way clutch, to block reverse rotation of the output shaft of the speed change unit. First and second hydraulic servos apply, respectively, the clutch and the brake responsive to receipt of oil pressures. A control unit controls the oil pressures fed to the first and second hydraulic servos. The control unit starts the feed of oil pressure to the second hydraulic servo responsive to selection of a forward running range, provided the vehicle is substantially stopped, the engine is idling and the foot brake is engaged. The control unit starts the reduction of the pressure of the first hydraulic servo upon expiration of a set time period and starts transition of the clutch from the applied state to the slipping state of the clutch upon completion of the piston stroke of the second hydraulic servo which applies the brake.

    摘要: A control system for an automatic transmission, which can easily achieve a variety of shift patterns according to the taste of a driver and the road conditions. The control system includes: a neural network; and a mode switch for selecting either a teaching mode or an automatic mode. The neural network learns in the teaching mode and neuro-computes to output a gear ratio in the automatic mode. Tolerance error is computed from at least one of a propriety of a teaching gear ratio, a compatibility of an input value and a compatibility of the teaching gear ratio. A learning pattern is produced during the teaching mode for correcting load factors of the neural network which, in the automatic mode, outputs a gear ratio used to determine shifting of the transmission.

    摘要: A connector for an edge card has a plurality of contact terminals spaced apart in an elongated connector housing. Each terminal has a general U-shape contact portion which extends transverse through a contact cavity slot. The contact portion is horizontally cantilevered from a vertical cantilevered positioning portion which is disposed within a recess associated with the contact cavity, and is further displaceable therein in response to insertion of an edge card into the connector card slot. The insertion of the edge card into the card slot causes the terminal to partially deflect within the recess to bring an opposing contact surface into reliable contact with the edge card.
