    摘要: Systems and methods are provided for engine systems including a multiple tap aspirator with a throat tap and a diffuser tap. Suction passages coupled to the throat and diffuser taps, respectively, may fluidly communicate via a leak passage with a flow restriction. During conditions where the pressure at a suction flow source of the diffuser tap is less than the pressure at the diffuser tap, backflow from the diffuser tap may travel through the leak passage into the throat tap.

An EGR passage (21) is connected to an intake passage (10) at a joint (22) upstream of the compressor (5).     摘要: An adapter structure for mounting a boost pressure sensor according to the present invention, includes: an intake manifold mounting unit which is provided at an intake manifold and is formed with a penetrating hole at one side portion thereof to communicate with an inside of the intake manifold; a pressure sensor adapter which has a lower portion separably coupled to the intake manifold mounting unit, is made of a heat resistant or heat isolating material, and has a channel which is formed at one side portion thereof, transmits intake air pressure from the penetrating hole of the intake manifold mounting unit to the outside, and has an inner space of which a portion far from the penetrating hole of the intake manifold mounting unit is greater than a portion close to the penetrating hole of the intake manifold mounting unit; a boost pressure sensor which is mounted at an upper portion of the pressure sensor adapter so that a pressure detection portion is tightly coupled to an upper end portion of the channel of the pressure sensor adapter, detects the intake air pressure through the channel of the pressure sensor adapter, and sends a generated intake air pressure signal to an electronic control unit of an engine; and a fixing unit which separably fixes the boost pressure sensor to the intake manifold mounting unit by the media of the pressure sensor adapter.

    摘要: A turbocharger system includes a flexible duct having an elongated elastomeric body extending longitudinally between first and second ends configured to attach to respective turbocharger devices. A plurality of constricting rings are spaced longitudinally between the ends. Each constricting ring applies a radial compression force around a respective circumference of the duct. Each ring is comprised of a molded thermoplastic retained in a concentric shape by a clasp. The spacing of the constricting rings has a density sufficient to limit a volume increase of the duct under turbocharger operating pressure to less than 20%.

    摘要: Systems and methods are provided for engine systems including a first multiple tap aspirator with a motive inlet coupled to an intake upstream of an air induction system throttle and a mixed flow outlet coupled to an intake manifold, and a second multiple tap aspirator with a motive inlet coupled to the intake upstream of a main throttle and a mixed flow outlet coupled to the intake downstream of the air induction system throttle. During non-boost conditions, intake air may be selectably diverted around a compressor and through the first and/or second aspirator based on desired vacuum generation. During boost conditions, the first and second aspirators may function as compressor bypass valves, and intake air may be selectably directed from downstream of the compressor to upstream of the compressor via the first and/or second aspirator based on a desired compressor bypass flow.
