摘要: The present invention concerns a method for the detection or monitoring of cancer using a biological sample selected from blood, plasma, serum, saliva, urine from an individual, said method comprising:
(a) obtaining DNA from the said biological sample;
(b) digesting the DNA sample with one or more methylation-sensitive restriction enzymes;
(c) quantifying or detecting a DNA sequence of interest after step (b), wherein the target sequence of interest contains at least two methylation-sensitive restriction enzyme recognition sites; and
(d) comparing the level of the DNA sequence from the individual to a normal standard, to detect, prognosticate or monitor cancer.-

摘要: The present invention relates to peptides, proteins, nucleic acids and cells for use in immunotherapeutic methods. In particular, the present invention relates to the immunotherapy of cancer. The present invention furthermore relates to tumor-associated T-cell peptide epitopes, alone or in combination with other tumor-associated peptides that can for example serve as active pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions that stimulate anti-tumor immune responses, or to stimulate T cells ex vivo and transfer into patients. Peptides bound to molecules of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC), or peptides as such, can also be targets of antibodies, soluble T-cell receptors, and other binding molecules.

摘要: Embodiments of this invention provide methods, systems, and apparatus for determining whether a fetal chromosomal aneuploidy exists from a biological sample obtained from a pregnant female. Nucleic acid molecules of the biological sample are sequenced, such that a fraction of the genome is sequenced. Respective amounts of a clinically-relevant chromosome and of background chromosomes are determined from results of the sequencing. The determination of the relative amounts may count sequences of only certain length. A parameter derived from these amounts (e.g. a ratio) is compared to one or more cutoff values, thereby determining a classification of whether a fetal chromosomal aneuploidy exists. Prior to sequencing, the biological sample may be enriched for DNA fragments of a particular sizes.

摘要: An application of feature gene TRIM22 in preparing reagent for regulating expression of breast cancer-related genes is provided. The feature gene TRIM22 disclosed in the present disclosure upregulates the expression of breast cancer-related genes SIX3, GATA6, PTX3, MMP1 and DMBT1 through overexpression, and downregulates the expression of the breast cancer-related genes SOX4, CXCL10, TNF, TP63 and CXCL16 through overexpression. Therefore, the feature gene TRIM22 provided in the present disclosure can be used as a reagent product to regulate the expression of breast cancer-related genes GATA6, SIX3, SOX4, CXCL10, PTX3, TNF, TP63, MMP1, CXCL16 and DMBT1 through overexpression.

摘要: A system and method, wherein the method includes: (a) receiving a fluid comprising a process reagent for an assay and nucleic acid material from a sample into a fluid pathway coupled to an array of wells, wherein the array of wells is defined within a substrate and each well in the array of wells extends vertically into a planar surface of the substrate; (b) distributing the fluid along the fluid pathway and into wells of the array of wells; and (c) distributing a liquid immiscible with the fluid comprising the process reagent and nucleic acid material along the fluid pathway upon positive pressure generation by a pump of a flow control system in communication with an inlet to the fluid pathway, thereby displacing said fluid along the fluid pathway and into wells of the array of wells and preventing contents of each well from transferring to adjacent wells.
