    摘要: A pressure regulator includes a case having a fuel inlet port for receiving fuel from a fuel pump, a fuel outlet port for delivering fuel to an internal combustion engine, and an opening. A valve element is attached to an elastic diaphragm that closes the opening. The valve element has a discharge passage for discharging excess fuel by allowing the interior and the exterior of the case partitioned by the elastic diaphram to communicate with each other. A spring seat is provided in the case in face-to-face relation to the valve element in such a manner as to close the discharge passage of the valve element during pressure contact. A spring is also provided for bringing the valve element into pressure contact with the valve seat with a predetermined pressure.

    摘要: In an injection valve, a perforated disk made from a material of relatively great hardness. The perforated disk has a tensile strength of >800N/mm.sup.2. Spray holes are punched from a downstream side of the perforated disk to an upstream side. A stamping break-out, which occurs due to the greater brittleness of the material, has no negative effects since the perforated disk is installed in the injection valve such that the direction of flow of the medium is exactly opposite to the punching direction. The injection valve is particularly suitable for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing applied ignition internal combustion engines.

    摘要: An accumulator for a no-return fuel system for a vehicle engine with fuel injectors. The accumulator has a housing with a flexible diaphragm between first and second chambers and a spring in one chamber yieldably closing the diaphragm to reduce the volume of the other chamber. One chamber has a fuel inlet that allows fuel into the chamber which accommodates expansion of the fuel by increasing the volume of the chamber against the bias of the spring. Preferably, the diaphragm has an over-pressure valve which opens when the system has reached its maximum over-pressure to allow the fuel to flow from one chamber to the other chamber in bypass relation to the injectors. The other chamber has an outlet communicating directly with the fuel tank. In another embodiment, the accumulator has a housing with a flexible diaphragm between first and second chambers in which one chamber has a fuel inlet for communication with the fuel rail and the other chamber continuously communicates with the engine air intake manifold so that the pressure drop across the engine fuel injectors is maintained more constant as the manifold pressure varies.

The ball valve open and closes a central passageway through the diaphragm of the regulator. The diaphragm divides the interior of the regulator into 2 chambers, both of which has fuel. A retainer means supports the ball and allows both axial and radial movement and coupled with a small bias spring seating in a bore, the ball functions to automatically seat itself.     摘要: The pressure regulator is suitable for disposition in a fuel pump. The pressure regulator has a metal bellows, which is connected on one end to a retaining ring and on the other end to a disk. An element is screwed into the retaining ring, which element carries a valve closing member of a seat valve, whose valve seat encompasses an outlet bore of the disk. The interior of the bellows communicates with the compression side of the fuel pump by means of an opening of the element, and with the intake side by means of the outlet bore of the disk.
