摘要: Disclosed is a catalytic device for the removal of nitrogen oxides and ammonia from the exhaust gas of lean-burn combustion engines, comprising an upstream SCR catalyst comprising a carrier substrate, and a first washcoat comprising a first SCR catalytically active composition SCRfirst and optionally at least one first binder, wherein the first washcoat is applied to the carrier substrate; and a downstream ASC catalyst comprising a carrier substrate, and a bottom layer comprising a third washcoat comprising an oxidation catalyst and optionally at least one third binder, said bottom layer being applied directly onto the carrier substrate, and a top layer comprising a second washcoat comprising a second SCR catalytically active composition SCRsecond and optionally at least one second binder and, said top layer being applied onto the bottom layer; wherein the upstream SCR catalyst and the downstream ASC catalyst are present on a single carrier substrate or on two different carrier substrates, and the first and the second SCR catalytically active compositions are the same or different from one another, and the optionally comprised at least one first, second and third binders are the same or different from one another, the ratio (AA) of the loadings of the first and the second SCR catalytically active compositions, given in g/L, in the first and the second washcoat is 1.2:1 to 2:1. The first and second SCR catalytically active compositions preferably comprise a molecular sieve, and the oxidation catalyst preferably comprises a platinum group metal. The catalytic device can be used for the removal of nitrogen oxides and ammonia from the exhaust gas of lean-burn combustion engines.

摘要: The present invention relates to a catalyst for a hydrocarbon resin hydrogenation reaction and a preparation method for the same, wherein the catalyst is a nickel powder catalyst including nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), and sulfur (S), and more particularly, a nickel-based catalyst for a hydrogenation reaction, which is added to a hydrogenation reaction in order to improve the color of the hydrocarbon resin. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a catalyst for a hydrogenation reaction, includes 40-80 parts by weight of nickel, 0.01-5 parts by weight of copper, 1-10 parts by weight of sulfur, and 10-60 parts by weight of a silica support based on 100 parts by weight of the entire dried catalyst including a support. Therefore, the catalyst can improve the quality of hydrocarbon resin. Furthermore, the catalyst can provide colorless, odorless, and transparent water-white hydrocarbon resin with improved thermal stability by removing unsaturated bonds in the hydrocarbon resin.

摘要: Disclosed is a solid acid catalyst for preparing D-galactose and a preparation method thereof. The method includes: S1. synthesis of a skeleton carrier: S11. preparation of a sodium aluminate solution and an organic template solution; S12. mixing the sodium aluminate solution with the organic template solution, and thoroughly shaking a resulting mixture to obtain a mixed solution; S13. adding a zirconium source to the mixed solution obtained in S12, and thoroughly mixing; S14. subjecting a reaction system obtained in S13 to a hydrothermal reaction to obtain a mixed crystal ZrO2/Al2O3; and S15. rapidly heating the mixed crystal ZrO2/Al2O3 obtained in S14 until the organic template is completely ashed, and washing a resulting product with absolute ethanol to obtain a white solid ZrO2/Al2O3; and S2. soaking the skeleton carrier obtained in S1 in concentrated sulfuric acid such that sulfonyl is loaded on the skeleton carrier to obtain the target solid acid.
