An example method can include associating, by an enterprise WLAN, a client device with the enterprise WLAN by assigning an enterprise WLAN identity to the client device, authenticating, by the enterprise WLAN, the client device, and generating, by the enterprise WLAN, a subscription policy for the client device. The client device can be subscribed to a 5G network. The subscription policy can specify how to route to the client device from the 5G network through the enterprise WLAN.

After the first response is received by the sending mobile phone, an SMS message may be sent to the first receiving mobile phone, based on the first response. Second information representing a phone number of a second receiving mobile phone may be sent by the sending mobile phone and a second response to the sending of the second information may be received. After the second response is received by the sending mobile phone, a message may be sent via a WLAN and the PSMS, to the second receiving mobile phone, based on the second response.

摘要： A system and method for delivering and receiving Short Message Service (SMS) messages between users connected to satellite and cellular networks. The system includes a communication device capable of operating in both satellite and cellular modes, a satellite service provider, a satellite proxy network, and a cellular operator. The method involves monitoring the network mode of the user device, relaying information about the user device's connection to the satellite network via a specially formatted SMS payload and registering the user device with a cellular operator when in satellite mode. The satellite proxy network serves as an anchoring point for sending and receiving SMS messages, ensuring seamless message exchange between satellite network users and cellular network users. The user device is designed to automatically switch between satellite and cellular modes based on network availability, ensuring continuous communication. This invention enables improved messaging services and enhances communication between users on different networks.

摘要： Techniques for congestion management in a communication network are contemplated. For example, a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may include a Radio Resource Control (RRC) layer and a Non-Access Stratum (NAS) layer. The RRC layer may receive an indication for a service, for example from the NAS. The indication may be interpreted as a request for the particular service indicated. For example, the indicated service may correspond to at least one of: a mobile originated (MO) voice communication, a circuit switched fallback (CSFB) supplementary service (SS), or a MO short message service (SMS). The RRC layer may receive a signal from a network indicating that one or more services provided by the network are allowed. The RRC layer may send a connection request to the network for the service sought by the NAS if that service is one of the one or more services allowed.

The device may receive, from the user device, user authentication data provided via the consent form and via a first option or a second option, and may provide, to an application server device associated with the application, a notification indicating that the user authentication data was received. The device may provide, to a cloud service provider web services device, an authorization code and an authorization token based on providing the notification. The cloud service provider web services device may cause the application data to be provided to the application server device based on receiving the authorization code and the authorization token.
