Disclosed is a method for manufacturing the polysilsesquioxane (PSSQ) within the carbon dioxide solvent through the control of the pressure and temperature within a reactor by the state changes, e.g., a liquid state or supercritical state, of carbon dioxide as a solvent which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, that is to say, by making use of the fact that the solubility of reactant and product is changed according to the pressure and temperature in manufacturing the polysilsesquioxane (PSSQ).

Disclosed herein are structure and method for connecting a fabric sensor and a digital yarn. The structure includes a sheet-type member which is configured to be worn on a body of a wearer, a first fabric sensor which is provided on the sheet-type member and senses a biological signal, a digital yarn which is provided on the first fabric sensor and has a peeled portion that is electrically connected to the first fabric sensor, a sewing yarn which couples a portion of the digital yarn to the first fabric sensor by sewing, and a second fabric sensor which is coupled to the first fabric sensor and covers an upper portion of the peeled portion.

The deburring device includes: first and second scrapers (111) and (112) provided on an end of a scraper rod that is moved back and forth toward the joint; first scraper-guide bars (111) and second scraper-guide bars (112) assembled with left and right side surfaces of the first and second scrapers supports (131) and (132) respectively assembled with corresponding left and right outer surfaces of the scraper-guide bars; and push bar (141) and (142) provide to vary a distance between the first and second scrapers. Each push bar includes: on a front end thereof a contact member making contact with corresponding-upper and lower contact rollers provided on the first and second scraper-guide bars; and a guide member moving back and forth along a guide depression formed in the corresponding support.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing in-situ oriented-fiber composite material, the method simultaneously extruding, using thermoplastic members, matrix ingredients and fiber ingredients, and passing same through a nozzle of a set cross-sectional shape, weight and fill ratio of the fiber ingredient, thereby aligning the fiber ingredients within the matrix in one direction one single continuous step, and thus, by means of the production method, the process is shortened, the thinning of the thickness of the oriented-fiber composite material is attained, and particularly, filling, distribution and reinforcement of the fiber within the matrix can be effectively controlled and a high density of the fiber can be attained. Furthermore, the present invention provides an element exhibiting superbly effective reflective polarization by controlling so that the lengthwise refractive index of the matrix is lower than the lengthwise refractive index of the fiber ingredients in the oriented-fiber composite material, thus the element can replace conventional reflective polarizing light film and can be effectively used as an optical element in other fields.

The optical alignment device using pulse UV may include a chamber, a lamp which is installed at an upper portion of the chamber and emits pulse UV light, a stage which is provided at a lower portion of the chamber and on which a substrate having an alignment film formed on a surface thereof is placed, and a polarizer which is installed detachably between the stage and the lamp.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing titanium dioxide paste for dye sensitized solar cell, and more specifically a method for preparing titanium dioxide paste fir dye sensitized solar cell, which is curable at a low temperature and is able to form a uniform coating layer and exhibits relatively high energy conversion efficiency. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing low temperature curable paste which requires no separate dye adsorption process or can improve energy conversion efficiency by adding dye or metal precursor in advance.
