Abstract:
A multiple power mode amplifier includes: N amplifiers connected in series via switches; and a control circuit for controlling the N amplifiers in accordance with the output modes. P amplifiers out of the N amplifiers constitute a driver amplifier, and constitute a negative feedback amplifier including a feedback circuit for negatively feeding back its own output signal to its own input side. N−P amplifiers constitute a final stage amplifier connected in series to the negative feedback amplifier in a disconnectable manner. The control circuit is configured to: in a first output mode, disconnect the final stage amplifier from the negative feedback amplifier, and disable the feedback circuit; and in a second output mode, connect the final stage amplifier in series to the negative feedback amplifier, and enable the feedback circuit.
Abstract:
A sheet discharging device includes: sheet discharging rollers that receive each of sheets conveyed thereto and discharge the sheets one by one; a shift tray on which the sheets discharged by the sheet discharging rollers are to be stacked; an air blower; and a CPU. The air blower forms an air layer between the shift tray and a sheet when the sheet is discharged onto the shift tray by the sheet discharging rollers, or between a sheet and the sheet that is already placed on the shift tray when the sheet is discharged. The CPU controls an air velocity of air to be delivered by the air blower based on sheet information, thereby causing the air layer to extend to the entire surface of the sheet.
Abstract:
A sheet processing apparatus including front and back trailing-end reference fences that are movable along a sheet trailing-end and on which the sheet trailing-end abuts to align the sheet trailing-end, a side-stitching stapler that moves along the sheet trailing-end and binds a bundle of sheets aligned, a length-direction moving mechanism that moves the trailing-end reference fences in a sheet conveying direction, and a position changing unit that drives the length-direction moving mechanism to change the position of one of the trailing-end reference fences in the sheet conveying direction relative to the position of the other one. The front and back trailing-end reference fences are moved by the position changing unit in the sheet conveying direction to change binding positions such that the distances from the sheet trailing-end to staple positions are made equal in front-side binding and in back-side binding.
Abstract:
A film formation method of forming a silicon oxide film on a surface of an object to be processed in a process chamber includes absorbing a seed gas comprising a silane-based gas on the surface of the object to be processed by supplying the seed gas into the process chamber, forming a silicon film having an impurity by supplying a silicon-containing gas as a material gas, and an addition gas including the impurity into the process chamber, and oxidizing the silicon film to convert the silicon film into the silicon oxide film. Accordingly, the silicon oxide film having the high density and the high stress is formed on the surface of the object to be processed.
Abstract:
A skew correction device includes a first conveying unit arranged in a sheet conveying path; a second conveying unit arranged downstream of the first conveying unit in a conveying direction of a sheet; and a skew correction unit. When the sheet is unfolded paper, the skew correction unit performs a first skew correction that corrects for the skew of the sheet so that a leading edge of the sheet conveyed by the first conveying unit abuts on the second conveying unit that is stopped. When the sheet is fold paper, the skew correction unit performs a second skew correction that corrects for the skew of the sheet so that a leading edge of the sheet conveyed by the first conveying unit abuts the second conveying unit and the second conveying unit is driven in a reverse direction to the conveying direction at a predetermined operational timing.
Abstract:
A plasma-assisted ALD method using a vertical furnace and being performed by repeating a cycle until a desired film thickness is obtained is disclosed. The cycle comprises introducing a source gas containing a source to be nitrided, adsorbing, purging, introducing a nitriding gas and nitriding the source, and then, purging. A flow rate of a second carrier gas during introduction of the nitriding gas is reduced relative to that of a first carrier gas during introduction of the source gas. Particularly, a flow ratio of NH3 gas as the nitriding gas to N2 gas as the second carrier gas is 50:3 or less.
Abstract:
An anion exchange membrane includes a quaternary ammonium salt group in which two methyl groups, and one alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms are bonded to a nitrogen atom.
Abstract:
A power amplifier includes an input matching circuit, an amplifier transistor for amplifying an input signal received through the input matching circuit, an element for varying the collector voltage of the amplifier transistor, a bias circuit for varying the idle current in the amplifier transistor, and a compensation circuit for varying capacitance of the input matching circuit to maintain the phase shift and the input reflection in the power amplifier constant when the collector voltage and the idle current are varied, to prevent a decrease in the efficiency of the power amplifier due to changes in the output power of the amplifier transistor.
Abstract:
Provided is a sheet inverting apparatus wherein members, such as a roller, are not brought into contact with the printed surface of a sheet at all, and the occurrence of dirt can be prevented by eliminating friction of ink on the surface of the sheet. A first transport apparatus and a second transport apparatus each have a plurality of transport belts which move on transport tracks along sheet transport directions and a suction box which sucks the sheet on the transport belts through suction holes formed on the transport belts. A turn guide arranged between the first transport apparatus and the second transport apparatus has a plurality of guide ribs disposed between the transport belts. Each of the guide ribs coming into slidable contact with the sheet forms a curved inverting transfer surface from an inversion starting point side to an inversion end point side.
Abstract:
When a sheet of paper is inverted and the direction is changed, members such as a roller do not come into contact with the printed surface of the sheet and it is possible to prevent smudges by eliminating an ink stain on a surface of the sheet.
