摘要: A film formation method for a semiconductor process includes placing a plurality of target objects at intervals in a vertical direction inside a process container of a film formation apparatus. Then, the method includes setting the process container to have a first vacuum state therein, and supplying a first film formation gas containing a hydrocarbon gas into the process container, thereby forming a carbon film by CVD on the target objects. Then, the method includes setting the process container to have a second vacuum state therein, while maintaining the process container to have a vacuum state therein from the first vacuum state, and supplying a second film formation gas containing an organic silicon source gas into the process container, thereby forming an Si-containing inorganic film by CVD on the carbon film.

摘要: A method of using a film formation apparatus for a semiconductor process includes removing by a cleaning gas a by-product film deposited on an inner surface of a reaction chamber of the film formation apparatus, and then chemically planarizing the inner surface of the reaction chamber by a planarizing gas. The inner surface contains as a main component quartz or silicon carbide. The removing is performed while supplying the cleaning gas into the reaction chamber, and setting the reaction chamber at a first temperature and first pressure to activate the cleaning gas. The planarizing is performed while supplying the planarizing gas into the reaction chamber, and setting the reaction chamber at a second temperature and second pressure to activate the planarizing gas. The planarizing gas contains fluorine gas and hydrogen gas.

摘要: An image processing apparatus is configured to have units for compressing and expanding image data and an arbitrating unit for arbitrating control units for executing image processing so that the compressing and expanding units are located between the arbitrating unit and the control units respectively. The apparatus further includes the circuits for compressing and expanding the image data in a reversible manner and a nonreversible manner so that the compressing and expanding manner may be switched according to the image processing condition. When treating a large amount of image data, this configuration makes it possible to reduce the number of accesses to memory and make effective use of a bandwidth, thereby being able to reduce the power consumption. Since the bandwidth is reduced and the random access to memory is made possible, more image processing capabilities may be provided so that the operability of this apparatus is enhanced.

摘要: An opening/closing apparatus for a vehicle, which has a door-lock mechanism, is provided. An output of a motor unit is transmitted to a drum having a planetary gear mechanism, and the slide door of the vehicle is driven by an open-side cable and a close-side cable wound around the drum. A closer cable of the door-lock mechanism is coupled to a carrier of the planetary gear mechanism, and coupled to a latch of the door-lock mechanism via a coupling link. The coupling link is constituted as a toggle mechanism so as to regulate the rotation of the latch by the traction force of the closer cable until the latch is rotated toward a full latch direction from an unlatch position. When the regulation of the latch by the toggle mechanism is released, the latch is rotationally driven toward the full latch direction due to the rotation of the carrier.
