摘要： The distance between a drain contact and gate electrode in a terminating transistor, which couples a termination resistor connected to an output terminal to a power source node, is set shorter than in an output transistor, which drives an output node in accordance with an internal signal. The area of the terminating circuit is reduced while the reliability against the surge is maintained. Thus, an output circuit containing the terminating circuit that occupies a small area and is capable of transmitting a signal/data at high speed is provided.

摘要： The index finger of the right hand of the user is applied to a front surface of a fixed knob, the thumb of the right hand is applied to a rear surface of a movable knob, and the movable knob is slid by the thumb forwardly toward the fixed knob. When the movable knob is slid, a locking member moves forwardly in unison with the movable knob away from engaging surfaces of walls, whereupon opposite ends of the locking member disengage from the engaging surfaces of the walls. A buckle is now swingable out of a cavity about a pivot shaft. Then, the user grips the fixed knob and the movable knob and lifts the free end of the buckle to erect the buckle, and thereafter opens a front case member and a rear case member away from each other.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a measuring apparatus equipped with a plurality of measuring units. Each measuring unit includes a dielectric block, a thin film layer formed on the dielectric block, and a sample holding mechanism for holding a sample on the thin film layer. The measuring apparatus is further equipped with an optical system for making a light beam enter the dielectric block at an angle of incidence so that a total internal reflection condition is satisfied at an interface between the dielectric block and the thin film layer, and photodetectors for measuring the intensity of the light beam totally reflected at the interface. The optical system is constructed so that light beams simultaneously enter the dielectric blocks of the measuring units. The number of photodetectors corresponds to the number of the light beams.

摘要： A high-frequency signal from a tape-shaped line section having a surface layer signal lead and surface layer GND lead disposed on both sides thereof is directly inputted to a semiconductor chip via a signal surface layer wiring of a package substrate and through solder bump electrodes. Alternatively, a high-frequency signal from the semiconductor chip is outputted to the outside via the tape-shaped line section in reverse. Owing to the transmission of the high-frequency signal by only a microstrip line at the whole surface layer of the package substrate, the high-frequency signal can be transmitted by only the microstrip line at the surface layer without through vias or the like. Accordingly, the high-frequency signal can be transmitted without a loss in frequency characteristic, and a high-quality high-frequency signal can be transmitted with a reduction in loss at high-frequency transmission.

摘要： A movable sheet separating unit is pushed all the time by a lifting spring in a direction toward a feeding roller. In a non-feeding state, a sheet lifting plate is engaged with an operating fraction so that the movable sheet separating unit is held in a standby position where a separating pad is separated from the feeding roller. In a feeding state, the sheet lifting plate rises and disengages from the operating fraction so that the movable sheets separating unit moves to a pressing position where the separating pad is pressed against the feeding roller. In the pressing position, the separating pad is pressed against the feeding roller via a rotatable support base by a pressing spring, and is displaced by rotation in a direction away from the feeding roller in accordance with a thickness of a sheet S passing through between the separating pad and the feeding roller. Thus, durability of the separating pad can be improved, and a feeder suitable for a fixing type feeding cassette can be provided.
