    摘要: A lead frame thermoplastic package for a solar cell, and a method of manufacturing the same. The lead frame being either a single-lead frame design or a dual-lead frame design. The single-lead frame design being made up of a single-lead metal frame. The dual-lead frame design being made up of a die pad lead frame, a wire bond lead frame, and being encapsulated in a thermoplastic resin. Optionally, the single lead frame or at least one of the dual-lead frames is coated with a dielectric material. The lead frame providing connections for a semiconductor die, a diode, and the associated electrical connections. The lead frame also providing a large surface area metal pad for cooling, and mounting tabs for securing various optics systems to the package. Optionally, the lead frame is incorporated into a solar cell including the lead frame, a semiconductor die, a diode, an optics system, and an integrated electrical connection system.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for monitoring the state of vehicle chassis, particularly of rail vehicles, whereby physical quantities are measured on the chassis by means of sensors. The measured and optionally processed quantities are compared with modeled quantities by means of a processing unit. The modeled quantities are determined from specific quantities, a classification into classes of causes is performed on the basis of the comparison by means of one or the processing unit, and an evaluation is carried out based on the classification. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.

    摘要: A transfer system for providing faster and increased volume processing of eggs having an overhead positioned egg conveyor. A rotating brush wheel positioned underneath the conveyor receives eggs and includes a first and second pluralities of bristles having, respectively, lesser and greater stiffness. An egg receiving reservoir exhibits a receiving lane positioned underneath and in alignment with the brush wheel for receiving and redirecting the eggs in a lane dedicated fashion to a subsequent egg handling operation. A plurality of spool bars are arranged in parallel extending and spaced apart fashion and defining a number of individual egg conveying lanes and each further include first and second spool bar portions secured in end-to-end fashion to establish an overall dimension. First and second drive supports are arranged at opposite ends of the spool bar portions, a third drive support arranged within the egg transfer mechanism and supporting opposing and intermediate engaging ends of each pair of spool bar portions.
