摘要: An electrical leakage determination device includes: a capacitor connected to a battery; a detection resistor connected to the capacitor; a detection unit detecting a voltage value at a connection point between the detection resistor and the capacitor; a low amplitude voltage application unit applying a low amplitude voltage to the detection resistor every driving cycle; a high amplitude voltage application unit applying, before the application of the low amplitude voltage to the detection resistor, a high amplitude voltage to the detection resistor. The device determines whether there is electrical leakage between the power supply circuit and the ground based on a peak value of the voltage value detected when the low amplitude voltage is being applied, and changes a time integral value of the high amplitude voltage applied to the detection resistor based on a change in the voltage value detected when the low amplitude voltage is being applied.

The process allocation control method includes: estimating an allocation risk of the process being interrupted in cases of allocating the process to either of the nodes, based on at least one of a remaining battery charge of the vehicle or a communication status between the nodes; and determining the node to which the process should be allocated, based on the allocation risk.

摘要: An object recognition device is applied to a vehicle having a range sensor that transmits a probe wave and receives the reflected wave of the probe wave. The object recognition device is configured to recognize an object behind the own vehicle based on detection information of the range sensor. The object recognition device includes a tow determining unit configured to determine whether a towed vehicle is coupled to a rear of the own vehicle, and a changing unit configured to, in response to determining that the towed vehicle is coupled to the rear of the own vehicle, change how the range sensor detects an object to suppress reception of the reflected wave caused by presence of the towed vehicle.

摘要: A raw material gas is supplied to a space in which a silicon carbide seed crystal is placed. A silicon carbide single crystal is grown on the seed crystal by keeping a monosilane partial pressure at 4 kPa or more and heating the space to a temperature of 2400° C. to 2700° C. The temperature of the space and supply of the raw material gas are controlled such that a temperature gradient of a growth crystal surface of the silicon carbide single crystal in a radial direction is 0.1° C./mm or less, and a radius of curvature of the growth crystal surface is 4.5 m or more, thereby producing a silicon carbide single crystal ingot having a growth length of 3 mm or more and an internal stress of 10 MPa or less. The ingot is then cut into a silicon carbide single crystal wafer.

摘要: A radar signal processing device includes an acquirer, pre-segment generator, and a segment generator. The acquirer acqu.ires ranging point information including position information and speed information at each of ranging points obtained by irradiating radar waves.
