A dispensing system for a rotary dispensing machine includes a tank, a fill tube, and a piston that moves along the fill tube and defines an air chamber and a fluid chamber within the tank. The tank is rotatable relative to the fill tube. A fluid is dispensed from the fluid chamber of the tank through at least one outlet formed in the tank.

An EUV photoresist composition includes paramagnetic particles that are adapted to block EUV radiation. The magnetic manipulation of the paramagnetic particles within a deposited layer of EUV photoresist can beneficially impact focus control and the achievable line width roughness during subsequent photolithographic processing. A spin-coating apparatus for dispensing the EUV photoresist composition onto a substrate includes a plurality of concentric electromagnets located beneath the substrate that influence the distribution of the paramagnetic particles in the photoresist layer.

A window sealing system and method for use in sealing insulating glass units (IGUs) is disclosed herein. The system includes an articulating arm having a plurality of members and arms to allow movement about multiple axes defined by the articulating arm, and a sealant dispensing apparatus releasably couplable to the articulating arm. The sealant dispensing apparatus comprises a pivotable dispensing apparatus for dispensing sealant onto an IGU. The system further including a vision system, coupled to the sealant dispensing apparatus, for monitoring physical properties of the sealant during sealant application.

A coating system and a coating method are provided. The coating system includes: a coating device, a detecting device, and an adjusting device, wherein, the coating device is configured for applying a coating material on a substrate; the detecting device is configured for detecting a film thickness of the coating material at a measuring point when the coating device is applying the coating material and sending the detected film thickness to the adjusting device; the adjusting device is configured for selectively generating a preset feeding speed according to the film thickness and sends the preset feeding speed to the coating device. The coating system and the coating method are capable of adjusting film thickness in real time.

The fluid supply reservoir further includes a pneumatic input coupled to an air flow path adapted to receive pressurized air for forcing the fluid from the outlet of the reservoir. An electronic air flow meter device is operatively coupled to the air flow path to produce electrical output signals.

The present application relates to a slot die coating apparatus and, more particularly, to a slot die coating apparatus which can ensure the coating stability of a substrate film by reducing pressure oscillations within a vacuum chamber when slot die coating is carried out. The slot die coating apparatus according to the present application can effectively dampen pressure oscillations within a vacuum chamber by connecting a pressure oscillation reducing tank to the vacuum chamber and thus can ensure the coating stability of a substrate film, resulting in a reduction in the proportion of defective products.

A method of coating a substrate with a liquid comprising a catalyst component, the method comprising: (a) holding the substrate vertically, thereby defining upper and lower ends thereof, wherein the vertical substrate comprises a plurality of channels that are open at said upper and lower ends; (b) continuously introducing the liquid into the substrate by pushing or injecting the liquid through the open ends of the channels at the lower end of the substrate with a piston; and (c) after the lower end of the substrate has been partly filled with the liquid in step (b), applying a vacuum to the open ends of the channels at the upper end of the substrate while continuing to introduce the liquid into the substrate.
