摘要: An elastic composite film provided with a sintered ePTFE film and an elastomeric resin layer, produced by continuously forming the elastomeric resin layer on at least one side of the sintered ePTFE film, continuously elongating the resulting multilayer film at less than the yield point of the expanded, sintered, porous film and at an elongation factor of 1.3 times or more in the biaxial directions, or in the uniaxial direction without contracting in the direction perpendicular to the direction of elongation, and relaxing the resulting elongated multilayer film, wherein when the composite film is elongated by 10% in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction, the tensile stress of the composite film is 2.5 N/15 mm or less, and/or the elongation percentage of the composite film in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction is 30% or more and the elongation recovery rate is 70% or more.

摘要: A sheet of an artificial leather substrate contains an upper-layer nonwoven fabric A (1) and a base nonwoven fabric B (2). The upper-layer nonwoven fabric A (1) is a wet-laid nonwoven fabric having a density of 0.30 to 0.50 g/cm3 and being produced with synthetic fibers in which the component fibers have a fineness of 0.005 to 1.1 dtex, a fiber length of 3 to 10 mm and a weight per unit area of 20 to 150 g/m2, and the base nonwoven fabric B (2) is a layer of a nonwoven fabric having a density of 0.15 g/cm3 or more and less than 0.28 g/cm3 and being produced with synthetic fibers in which the component fibers have a fineness greater than that of the component fibers of the upper-layer nonwoven fabric A and 4.5 dtex or less, a fiber length of 2 to 15 mm and a weight per unit area of 50 to 400 g/m2. The upper-layer nonwoven fabric A (1) and the base nonwoven fabric B (2) are layered, made into a single body by entanglement of the component fibers of both layers and impregnated with an elastic polymer. Thus, artificial leather having a texture similar to natural leather and a substrate for use therein are provided at low cost.

摘要: An article has an elastic main element based on a vulcanizate having a wear-susceptible article surface. The article is primarily a drive belt (8) having a top layer (9) as the belt rear and a substructure (10) having a force transmission zone (13), wherein the force transmission zone and/or the top layer is/are supplied with a textile overlay (15), wherein the textile overlay is in turn additionally prepared with a plastic. The plastic is a bonding agent that is arranged between the main body and the textile overlay (15), wherein the plastic is supplied such that it melts during vulcanization and penetrates into the textile overlay while bonding, connected to a permanent adhesive bond between main body and textile overlay. A cotton fabric is used as the textile overlay (15), for example. The plastic is in the form of a film, for example, particularly in the form of a PE film. The primary purpose of use is the V-belt, ribbed V-belt (8) and the toothed belt.
