Abstract: A molding packaging material is capable of ensuring good slipperiness to secure good formability when molding the molding packaging material and is less likely to cause white powder on a surface of the packaging material. The molding packaging material includes a substrate layer as an outer layer, a heat fusible resin layer as an inner layer, and a metal foil layer arranged between the two layers. The heat fusible resin layer is composed of a single layer or a multi-layer. The innermost layer of the heat fusible resin layer is made of a resin composition containing a heat fusible resin, an anti-blocking agent, a slip agent, and a fluoropolymer-based lubricant.

Abstract: The packaging material includes a heat-resistant resin layer 2 as an outer side layer, a heat-fusible resin layer 3 as an inner side layer, and a metal foil layer 4 arranged between these layers. The heat-resistant resin layer 2 is made of a heat-resistant resin film having a hot water shrinkage rate of 1.5% to 12% and the heat-resistant resin layer 2 and the metal foil layer 4 are adhered via an outer side adhesive layer 5. The adhesive layer 5 is formed by an urethane adhesive agent containing a polyol, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and an aliphatic compound containing a plurality of functional groups capable of reacting with an isocyanate group in one molecule. With this, a packaging material can be provided in which excellent formability can be secured and delamination can be sufficiently suppressed without causing pinholes, etc., even when deep depth drawing is performed.

Abstract: In laminating resin layers on both surfaces of a metal foil layer by adhering a heat-resistant resin layer to a first surface of the metal foil layer and adhering a heat-sealable resin layer to a second surface thereof, as an adhering method, by employing an adhesive agent unapplied portion forming and adhering process in which the resin layer and the metal foil layer are adhered together by applying an adhesive agent to a region of a joining face of both the layers excluding a part of the region so that an adhesive agent unapplied section is formed, a laminated body having the adhesive agent unapplied section is manufactured. A resin layer removal process for removing a resin layer corresponding to the adhesive agent unapplied section of the laminated body to expose the metal foil layer is performed.

Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a bag-like outer packaging material. A heat medium flows into an inside of the outer packaging material via the heat medium inlet, passes through the inside, and flows out of the outer packaging material via the heat medium outlet. An inner core material is arranged in the inside of the outer packaging material. The outer packaging material has an outer packaging laminate material including a metal heat transfer layer and a resin thermal fusion layer on a surface side of the heat transfer layer. The outer packaging laminate materials form a bag shape by integrally joining the thermal fusion layers along the peripheral edge portions. The inner core material includes the inner core laminate material with a metal heat transfer layer and resin thermal fusion layers on surface sides of the heat transfer layer. The thermal fusion layers of a concave portion bottom and a convex portion top of the inner core material and the thermal fusion layers of the outer packaging laminate material are integrally joined.

Abstract: A packaging material for a power storage device includes a base material layer as an outer layer, a heat fusible resin layer as an inner layer, and a metal foil layer arranged between both the layers. Abstract: A laminated body includes a barrier layer made of metal, a base material layer made of a heat-resistant resin laminated on an outer side surface of the barrier layer, and a sealant layer made of a heat sealable resin laminated to an inner side surface of the barrier layer. The base material layer includes a polyester film layer as an outer layer and a polyamide film layer as an inner layer. The polyester film layer is 500 MPa to 600 MPa in a sum of breaking strength in an MD and breaking strength in a TD, 0.8 to 1.1 in a ratio of the breaking strength in the TD to the breaking strength in the MD, and 110% to 200% in breaking elongation in the MD and breaking elongation in the TD. The MD denotes a machine flow direction, and the TD denotes a direction perpendicular to the MD.

Abstract: Provided is a heat exchanger capable of being efficiently and easily produced. The present invention is directed to a heat exchanger having an outer packaging body 1 having an inlet 16, an outlet 16, a pair of opposing walls, and a corrugated inner fin 2 disposed between the pair of opposing walls and provided alternately and continuously with a concave portion 25 and a convex portion 26. The outer packaging body 1 is formed of an outer packaging laminate material L1 in which a resin heat-fusible layer 52 is provided on an inner surface side of a metal heat transfer layer 51. The inner fin 2 is formed of an inner core laminate material L2 in which a heat-fusible layer 62 is provided on both surface sides of a metal heat transfer layer 61. The inner fin 2 is formed in a rectangular wave shape in which a concave portion and a convex portion are alternately and continuously provided, a concave bottom wall of the inner fin and a convex top wall of the inner fin are arranged parallel to the pair of opposing walls, and a rising wall connecting the concave bottom wall and the convex top wall is arranged perpendicular to the pair of opposing walls.

Abstract: Provided is a molding packaging material capable of sealing without causing sealing failure, significantly reducing cleaning frequency of a seal bar to improve productivity, and preventing occurrence of delamination. The molding packaging material includes a PBT terephthalate (PBT) layer 2, a heat fusible resin layer 3, and a metal foil layer 4 between the two layers. The PBT layer 2 and the metal foil layer 4 are bonded via an outer adhesive layer 5. The outer adhesive layer 5 is formed of a urethane adhesive cured film composed of a polyester polyol, a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, and polyhydric alcohol. The polyester polyol contains a dicarboxylic acid component, the dicarboxylic acid component includes an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The dicarboxylic acid component contains an aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The content rate of the aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the dicarboxylic acid component is 40 mol % to 80 mol %. The Young's modulus of the cured film of the urethane adhesive is 70 MPa to 400 MPa. The PBT layer has tensile strength of 100 MPa to 300 MPa.
