    摘要: A silicon sputter target is arranged in a silicon dot forming chamber, and a silicon dot formation target substrate is arranged in the chamber. Plasma is formed from a sputtering gas (typically a hydrogen gas) supplied into the chamber, and chemical sputtering is effected on the target with the plasma thus formed to form silicon dots on the substrate S. Optionally, with the plasma formed from a hydrogen gas and a silane-containing gas at a plasma emission intensity ratio (Si(288 nm)/Hβ) of 10.0 or lower, the silicon dots are formed on the substrate S. The silicon dots are terminally treated with the plasma derived from a terminally treating gas such as an oxygen gas.

    摘要: An apparatus for calculating torque of a variable capacity compressor is provided. The compressor includes a suction chamber, a discharge chamber, a piston to draw coolant from the suction chamber, compress the drawn coolant, and discharge the compressed coolant into the discharge chamber, a clutch to be turned on to transmit driving force from a driving source to the piston so that the piston operates and to be turned off to disconnect the driving force of the driving source from the piston so that the piston stops, and a pressure adjuster to adjust a back pressure introduced from the discharge chamber to the back of the piston and thereby adjust a piston stroke. The apparatus comprises a counter configured to count an OFF time when the clutch is tuned off from an ON state until the clutch is next turned on, a determiner configured to determine whether or not the OFF time is less than a predetermined time, and a start torque calculator configured to calculate a start torque of the compressor depending on the determination of the determiner.

The driving control device includes an H bridge circuit constructed by four switching semiconductor elements (Tr1 to Tr4), and rotates the electric motor in normal and reverse directions by turning on and turning off the switching semiconductor elements (Tr1 to Tr4).     摘要: A direct fuel injection engine basically comprises a combustion chamber, a piston with a cavity, a fuel injection valve, a spark plug and a control unit. The fuel injection valve is configured and arranged to directly inject a fuel stream into the combustion chamber in a substantially constant hollow circular cone shape in a stratified combustion region. The control unit is configured to ignite a first air-fuel mixture formed directly after the fuel stream is injected and prior to a majority of the fuel stream striking the cavity when the direct fuel injection engine is operating in a low-load stratified combustion region, and to ignite a second air-fuel mixture formed after a majority of the fuel stream is guided by the cavity toward an upper portion of the combustion chamber above the cavity when the direct fuel injection engine is operating in a high-load stratified combustion region.
