摘要: An air-cooling heat dissipation device is provided for removing heat from an electronic component. The air-cooling heat dissipation device includes a supporting substrate, an air pump and a heat sink. The supporting substrate includes a top surface, a bottom surface, an introduction opening and a thermal conduction plate. The thermal conduction plate is located over the top surface of the supporting substrate and aligned with the introduction opening. The electronic component is disposed on the thermal conduction plate. The air pump is fixed on the bottom surface of the supporting substrate and aligned with the introduction opening. The heat sink is attached on the electronic component. When the air pump is enabled, an ambient air is introduced into the introduction opening to remove the heat from the thermal conduction plate.

摘要: An air-cooling heat dissipation device is provided for removing heat from the electronic component. The air-cooling heat dissipation device includes a base and an air pump. The base includes a top surface, a bottom surface, two lateral walls, a guiding chamber, an introduction opening and plural discharge grooves. The two lateral walls are connected between the top surface and the bottom surface. The introduction opening is formed in the top surface. The guiding chamber runs through the bottom surface and is in communication with the introduction opening. The discharge grooves are formed in one of the lateral walls and in communication with the guiding chamber. The plural discharge grooves are oriented toward the electronic component, so that a lateral air flow generated by the air pump is discharged through the discharge grooves and passes the electronic component to remove heat therefrom.

摘要: A fluid control device includes a piezoelectric actuator and a deformable substrate. The piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric element and a vibration plate. The deformable substrate is bent in the direction toward the vibration plate. There is a specified depth maintained between the flexible plate and the bulge of the vibration plate. The flexible plate includes a movable part corresponding to the bulge of the vibration plate.

摘要: A miniature fluid control device includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate and a piezoelectric actuator. The gas inlet plate includes at least one inlet, at least one convergence channel and a central cavity. A convergence chamber is defined by the central cavity. The resonance plate has a central aperture. The piezoelectric actuator includes a suspension plate, an outer frame and a piezoelectric ceramic plate. A gap is formed between the resonance plate and the piezoelectric actuator to define a first chamber. When the piezoelectric actuator is driven and after the gas is fed into the miniature fluid control device through the inlet of the gas inlet plate, the gas is sequentially converged to the central cavity through the convergence channel, transferred through the central aperture of the resonance plate, introduced into the first chamber, transferred downwardly through the piezoelectric actuator, and exited from the miniature fluid control device.

摘要: A page-width printing platform comprises a plurality of inkjet head structures collaboratively defined as at least one page-width array printing unit. The inkjet head structures comprise respective inkjet chips disposed on the printing platform and arranged in plural rows and in a staggered form, so that a printing width of the inkjet chips is larger than or equal to a width of a printed pattern. Each of the inkjet chips comprises at least one liquid supply slot, wherein a plurality of liquid ejectors are located at one or two sides of the liquid supply slot along a long axis of the liquid supply slot. At least one monochromatic print liquid is introduced into the construction chamber from the plural inkjet head structures and printed on a construction material within the construction chamber, so that a rapid prototyping width-page printing operation is performed.

摘要: A three-dimensional prototyping composition includes a construction powder mixture and an inkjet liquid. The construction powder mixture includes a powdery molding material and a powdery binding agent. The inkjet liquid includes a nonionic surfactant, at least one polyalcohol compound, an alcohol ether compound, an antimicrobial agent and deionized water. While the inkjet liquid and the construction powder mixture are in contact with each other, the physical binding function of the powdery binding agent of the construction powder mixture is activated. Consequently, the powdery molding material and the powdery binding agent stick together to form a molded construction layer of a three-dimensional object. Moreover, the construction powder mixture can be recycled. Moreover, since the inkjet liquid may be ejected through the thermal bubble printhead, the fabricating cost of the three-dimensional physical model is reduced.
