The semiconductor integrated circuit further includes first delay-adjustment circuits which delay said plurality of input signals, respectively, in response to an output signal from the timing-detection circuit to generate delayed input signals such that signal-level-change timings of said delayed input signals are aligned to said signal-level-change timing of said furthest behind input signal, and latch circuits each latching a respective one of said delayed input signals at the same timing.

    摘要: A polarizing beam-splitter comprises an optically isotropics crystalline substrate and a birefringent material layer made of an oriented polydiacetylene film formed on the optically isotropic crystalline substrate. A periodic grating photo-mask is formed in the birefringent material layer by an area that is changed into a different color phase when an ultra violet light is irradiated in a predetermined pattern on the birefringent material layer and by an area in which the color remains unchanged. The periodic grating photo-mask has a diffraction efficiency for the orientation of the oriented polydiacetylene film in the area that is changed into a different color phase which is lower than that in the area in which the color is unchanged.

In the semiconductor integrated circuit device comprising: a current path which is formed between a predetermined power source terminal (or a predetermined power source pad) and a predetermined low potential power source line, a comparison circuit for comparing a node potential in the current path with a predetermined threshold voltage to thereby detect whether the voltage applied to said power source terminal is a voltage which is larger than an upper limit value of the terminal voltage, a signal generation circuit for generating a predetermined logic signal when the states of some designated control terminals satisfy a combination which is determined in advance, if the logic state of an output signal of said signal generation circuit is a predetermined logic state when said comparison circuit has detected that the voltage applied to the power source terminal is a voltage which is larger than an upper limit value of the terminal voltage, a circuit equipped with a predetermined function mounted on the chip is activated, the semiconductor integrated circuit device being characterized by comprising ON/OFF circuit for turning on and off said current path in accordance with the logic state of the output signal of said signal generation circuit.

    摘要: Described herein is a method for simulating indoor illuminance which includes preparing an intrinsic optical property function of a bidirectional transmittance function and a bidirectional reflectivity function based on values actually measured for each plate-shaped optical member; for a skylight constructed by combining a plurality of those optical members, creating an optical physical model based on the intrinsic optical property function and the construction mode of each optical member constituting the skylight; calculating the skylight light distribution data for daylight, which is introduced through the skylight, by using the optical physical model; and simulating the indoor illuminance, which would be provided by actually installing the skylight, on the basis of the light distribution data. The simulation is performed on a computer system which has stored the intrinsic optical property function of each optical member in a database.

By arranging the binder-rich layer at a predetermined interval, it is possible to improve the adhesiveness between the collector and the electrode material layer due to an anchor effect and to guarantee conductivity between the collector and the electrode material layer.
