    摘要: Disclosed is a solder material which enables to realize a lower mounting temperature when an electronic component is mounted. Also disclosed are a solder paste and a conductive adhesive. Specifically disclosed is a solder material having a basic composition composed of Sn, Bi and In. This solder material may further contain at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Cu, Ge and Ni. A solder paste which enables to realize a low-temperature mounting can be obtained by blending a flux component into the solder material. A conductive adhesive which enables to realize a low-temperature mounting can be obtained by blending a resin component into the solder material.

CPU 12 sorts the bloodstream associated values in descending order (step S35).CPU 12 rejects bloodstream associated values that are ranked top 10% and bottom 40% (step S36). When the subjects are 20 for example, bloodstream associated values of highest 2 subjects and of lowest 8 subjects are rejected. CPU 12 calculates and stores mean value and standard deviation of remaining bloodstream associated values after the rejection (step S37). CPU 12 calculates mean value and standard deviation of bloodstream associated values for each voxel as target voxel (steps S31, S32, S33 and S38). Then, the alternative normal brain database of brain bloodstream image is obtained.

    摘要: A load weight determining apparatus and method for an electric chain block having a lifting-lowering motor and an inverter controller. The lifting-lowering motor rotates a sheave to wind up and unwind a chain engaging the sheave. The load weight determining apparatus has a current detecting element detecting a motor current supplied to the lifting-lowering motor from the inverter controller, and a load weight determining unit. A torque current is calculated from the motor current detected by the load weight determining unit, and a variation cycle of the torque current is calculated. An average torque current value over a period of time corresponding to the variation cycle is calculated, and the average torque current value is compared with a set threshold to perform load weight determination.
