    Abstract: A method for reducing a level of secure data exposure within the dark web may be provided. The secure data may be associated with a third party data custodian that may be associated with a pre-determined entity. The method may include searching the communications to identify one or more single locations that may include numerous communications that may include text identifying the selected third party data custodian. Each communication may be assigned a time-stamp in order to calculate a speed of how many communications within a pre-determined time period may be identified to include text identifying the third party data custodian. Simultaneous to the searching, the method may include running a time clock. When a rate per unit of time of identification of each identifying text is equal to or greater than a pre-determined rate per unit of time, increasing a monitoring at the one or more single locations.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a system method for aligning a plurality of electronic map data, which includes the steps of obtaining an electronic map file, defining an area of interest on the electronic map file, selecting a predetermined datum and providing the electronic map file in the predetermined datum. Also disclosed is a land yield method including the steps of obtaining an electronic map, storing the electronic map in a computer readable medium, defining an area of interest on the electronic map, referring to a database to determine whether the database contains at least one restriction value, referring to a remote database to determine whether the remote database contains an additional restriction value, the additional restriction value being distinct from the at least one restriction value, combining restriction values, and determining a total value of the parcel of land based on the combined restriction values.

    Abstract: A location-based transportation network for a transportation process is disclosed. The transportation process may be divided into the following stages: identification, communication, agreement, shipment, and payment. With identification, one party to the transport of the good is identified to the other party (e.g., potential carriers to a shipper, or potential shippers to a carrier). In the second stage, the shipper(s) and carrier(s) communicate with one another in order to discuss terms of the shipment. In a third stage, the shipper and carrier come to an agreement (e.g., price, timing, etc.). In a fourth stage, the carrier picks up and ships the goods. Finally, payment may be arranged between the shipper and the carrier. An index pricing model is configured to facilitate the identification stage. Further, a graphical user interface (GUI) can convey information, output search results, plan a route, facilitate communication between the shipper and carrier, and/or enable agreement between the shipper and carrier.
