The casing and the battery modules may be easily disassembled as they are not welded, and cells within the battery modules replaced during recycling. Similarly, during assembly, there is preferably no welding or deforming of parts.

摘要: A multilayer, flexible, impact and puncture resistant, impervious, dielectric insulator sheet and mounting arrangement therewith for an electric vehicle battery pack includes a textile layer having generally planar opposite first and second sides and a fluid impervious film fixed to the first side with an adhesive laminate. The adhesive laminate includes a polymeric film sandwiched between opposite first and second layers of adhesive material. The first layer of adhesive material is bonded to the textile layer and the second layer of adhesive material is bonded to the fluid impervious film.

摘要: The present invention is generally directed to energy storage systems comprising manufactured architectural materials having electrical battery systems embedded therein. The manufactured materials are generally provided as architectural panels, such as panels useful for interior or exterior cladding for buildings, flooring, countertops, or stairs. The panels comprise at least one battery device or battery assembly that is over-formed by and/or bonded with the architectural material. In preferred embodiments, the panels are formed by flowing a viscous architectural material precursor around the battery device or assembly and curing the precursor so as to solidify the architectural material. The panels may be electrically connected in any number of various arrangements, which can be chosen based on the specific application for the energy storage system.

摘要: A battery pack includes a battery stack having a plurality of prismatic batteries being stacked. The battery pack further includes a cooling plate extending in a stack direction of the prismatic batteries in the battery stack. The cooling plate includes a plurality of coolant passages and a plurality of grooves. The coolant passages extend in a perpendicular direction substantially perpendicular to the stack direction of the prismatic batteries, and allow a coolant to flow in the coolant passages. The grooves constitute heat conduction inhibitors configured to inhibit heat conduction in the stack direction of the prismatic batteries.

In the present application, it is possible to provide a resin composition in which a uniform mixing state can be maintained without any oil separation phenomenon and the like even in the composition in which a filler is blended, and there is no viscosity increase even when stored for a long period of time. In addition, the present application can provide a two-component resin composition comprising the resin composition, and a battery module comprising the resin composition or the two-component resin composition.

A gap (9) between the battery cell package (4) and an inner surface of the central portion (6) is filled with a thermally conductive medium. The end plate (5) has a spraying point (11) for introducing the thermally conductive medium and a distribution channel (10) for guiding the thermally conductive medium from the spraying point (11) into spaces between the battery cell package (4) and the inner surface of the central portion (6).

摘要: A fluid-cooled battery system includes at least one battery module which includes a plurality of rows of battery cells, an outer casing, and at least one cell fixture. The outer casing defines therein an accommodation space. The cell fixture includes a holding web fitted inside the accommodation space, and formed with a plurality of rows of retaining holes. The retaining holes of each row are configured to retain cell bodies of a respective row of the battery cells so as to permit the battery cells to be held in the accommodation space by the holding web, to thereby keep the battery cells in stable position against undesired vibration.
