The porous carbon material composite is formed of (A) a porous carbon material obtainable from a plant-derived material having a silicon (Si) content of 5 wt % or higher as a raw material; and (B) a functional material adhered on the porous carbon material, and has a specific surface area of 10 m2/g or greater as determined by the nitrogen BET method and a pore volume of 0.1 cm3/g or greater as determined by the BJH method and MP method.

摘要: The present invention provides metallic materials for electronic components, having low degree of whisker formation, low adhesive wear property and high durability, and connector terminals, connectors and electronic components using such metallic materials. The metallic material for electronic components includes: a base material; a lower layer formed on the base material, the lower layer being constituted with one or two or more selected from a constituent element group A, namely, the group consisting of Ni, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co and Cu; an intermediate layer formed on the lower layer, the intermediate layer being constituted with one or two or more selected from a constituent element group B, namely, the group consisting of Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, Os and Ir; and an upper layer formed on the intermediate layer, the upper layer being constituted with an alloy composed of one or two or more selected from the constituent element group B, namely, the group consisting of Ag, Au, Pt, Pd, Ru, Rh, Os and Ir and one or two selected from a constituent element group C, namely, the group consisting of Sn and In; wherein the thickness of the lower layer is 0.05 μm or more and less than 5.00 μm; the thickness of the intermediate layer is 0.01 μm or more and less than 0.50 μm; and the thickness of the upper layer is 0.02 μm or more and less than 0.80 μm.

摘要: A final injection molded assembly and process for making same that eliminates paint and reduces areas of wasted chrome material. The final injection molded assembly has at least one first injection molded part of a non-plateable first material, at least one overmolded part of plateable second material, at least one pathway through the assembly and integrated features operable for selectively applying an electric current. The pathway creates a predetermined surface path arrangement for applying chrome to desired predetermined plateable areas. A shot of each material is delivered to an injection molding rotary device to produce the injection molded assembly which is then affixed to a chroming process line where electric current is applied. As the electric current is applied and chrome is delivered only the plateable second material will accept the chrome.

摘要: Provided are a Cu column, a Cu core column, a solder joint, and a through-silicon via, which have the low Vickers hardness and the small arithmetic mean roughness. For the Cu column 1 according to the present invention, its purity is equal to or higher than 99.9% and equal to or lower than 99.995%, its arithmetic mean roughness is equal to or less than 0.3 μm, and its Vickers hardness is equal to or higher than 20 HV and equal to or less than 60 HV. Since the Cu column 1 is not melted at a melting temperature in the soldering and a definite stand-off height (a space between the substrates) can be maintained, it is preferably applied to the three dimensional mounting or the pitch narrowing mounting.

摘要: A method of applying a corrosion-resistant coating to a fastener that includes preheating an area of the fastener to be coated to elevate a temperature of the area and spraying the preheated area of the fastener with a molten or semi-molten metal. In one embodiment, a corrosion-resistant coating applicator includes a support structure, a rotatable slotted fastener conveyer supported by the support structure, a feeder configured to feed fasteners to the rotatable slotted fastener conveyer, a fastener aligner configured to make head portions of the fasteners aligned with each other, a heater configured to heat head portions of the fasteners as the fasteners are being conveyed by the slotted fastener conveyer, and a sprayer configured to apply a corrosion-resistant coating to the heated head portions of the fasteners being conveyed by the slotted fastener conveyer. The present disclosure also provides corrosion-resistant coated fasteners made using the coating methods and/or coating apparatus.

Electroplating, in the peripheral free space, a metal layer in the vicinity of the girdle and of the zones of the crown and of the pavilion contiguous to the girdle, so as to confine the girdle in the metal layer to form, around the girdle, the setting support. The stone and its setting support are released from the substrate.
