Provided are a urethane resin solution to provide a urethane resin having a low tensile elasticity, a low elastic modulus under low temperatures, good elastic recovery, excellent heat resistance and excellent adhesion, a production method of the solution and a production method of the urethane resin.An isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer is synthesized by reacting a polyisocyanate compound with a polyetherester diol having a molecular weight of from 800 to 4,000, which is obtained by a ring-opening polymerization of a mixture of an alkylene oxide and a lactone monomer using a polyoxy tetramethylene diol having a molecular weight of from 500 to 2,500 as an initiator and using a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst if necessary, and the resulting prepolymer is reacted with a chain extender, for example, comprised of a low molecular weight diamine and/or a low molecular weight diol, in an organic solvent. The urethane resin solution obtained is molded into a predetermined shape, or a substrate is coated or impregnated with the urethane resin solution and thereafter the organic solvent is removed to obtain a urethane resin.

In this case, because the angle of incidence into the substrate is small, almost all of the light is radiated into the inside of the substrate without being returned to the single-mode waveguide on the incident side. Therefore, an MMI device which is capable of completely eliminating the return of the reflected light with a simple structure, and a manufacturing method for the same are provided.

As the tackifying resin-containing emulsion, a tackifying resin-containing emulsion prepared using substantially no organic solvents or a tackifying resin-containing emulsion prepared using a material other than aromatic hydrocarbon-based organic solvents can be suitably employed.

The present invention provides a treating agent for a metal hydride-containing exhaust gas, wherein the treating agent is low in exothermic property and further high in performance in a treatment of harm-elimination for the metal hydride-containing exhaust gas, comprises at least one among metal hydroxide, metal carbonate, basic metal carbonate, and further supports at least one metal among group-VIII noble metals on periodic table and silver. Therefore, the performance of harm-elimination for the metal hydride-containing exhaust gas is prominently improved. The treating agent in the present invention is high in performance and further low in exothermic property, thereby that is useful in the treatment for the metal hydride-containing exhaust gas generated in semiconductor manufacturing industry and the like.
