    摘要: Provided are a urethane resin solution to provide a urethane resin having a low tensile elasticity, a low elastic modulus under low temperatures, good elastic recovery, excellent heat resistance and excellent adhesion, a production method of the solution and a production method of the urethane resin.An isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer is synthesized by reacting a polyisocyanate compound with a polyetherester diol having a molecular weight of from 800 to 4,000, which is obtained by a ring-opening polymerization of a mixture of an alkylene oxide and a lactone monomer using a polyoxy tetramethylene diol having a molecular weight of from 500 to 2,500 as an initiator and using a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst if necessary, and the resulting prepolymer is reacted with a chain extender, for example, comprised of a low molecular weight diamine and/or a low molecular weight diol, in an organic solvent. The urethane resin solution obtained is molded into a predetermined shape, or a substrate is coated or impregnated with the urethane resin solution and thereafter the organic solvent is removed to obtain a urethane resin.

    摘要: In an MMI device with which a plurality of narrow width single-mode waveguides are provided at both ends of a multimode waveguide M, and light introduced into one single-mode waveguide on the input side is interfered in the multimode waveguide to be emitted from two single-mode waveguides on the output side, a wall face perpendicular to the optical axis direction that is not provided with a single-mode waveguide is formed with an inclination being given in the thickness direction, at both ends of the multimode waveguide. Thereby, the light which is incident on the wall face is reflected toward the substrate side. In this case, because the angle of incidence into the substrate is small, almost all of the light is radiated into the inside of the substrate without being returned to the single-mode waveguide on the incident side. Therefore, an MMI device which is capable of completely eliminating the return of the reflected light with a simple structure, and a manufacturing method for the same are provided.

    摘要: A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with a release liner has a bubbles containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release liner in contact with at least one surface of the bubbles containing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The release liner comprises at least three layers including an intermediate layer and surface layers, and the surface layers are positioned on both surfaces of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer comprises at least one polyolefin resin. Each of the surface layers comprises a low-density polyethylene and an olefinic elastomer and independently has a thickness of 15 μm or less. The ratio of the thickness of the intermediate layer to the total thickness of the surface layers (the intermediate layer/the surface layers) is in the range of 4 to 19.

    摘要: A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a high adhesiveness and an excellent terminal peeling resistance as well as exhibits extremely small diffusing amounts of formaldehyde and toluene. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet contains at least a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a water-dispersion type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a water-dispersion type acrylic polymer and a tackifying resin-containing emulsion, wherein a diffusing amount of formaldehyde is less than 3 μg/m3 and a diffusing amount of toluene is 10 μg/g or less. As the tackifying resin-containing emulsion, a tackifying resin-containing emulsion prepared using substantially no organic solvents or a tackifying resin-containing emulsion prepared using a material other than aromatic hydrocarbon-based organic solvents can be suitably employed.
