Abstract: A method for synthesizing pitavastatin tert-butyl ester includes obtaining a substance B through reacting (4R-CIS)-6-chloromethyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane-4-acetic acid tert-butyl ester with a substance A under the action of a first base catalyst, 5 oxidizing with an oxidizing agent to obtain a substance C, then reacting with 2-cyclopropyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-quinoline-3-formaldehyde under the action of a second base catalyst to obtain a substance D, and finally, carrying out an acid deprotection to obtain pitavastatin t-butyl ester. The reaction conditions of the present invention are mild and controllable, and the reaction conditions of the synthesis of the Julia olefination do 10 not require an ultra-low temperature reaction. The operation is convenient and simple, the stereoselectivity is good, the yield is high, and the synthesized pitavastatin t-butyl ester is a completely non-cis isomer, and its purity is high.

Abstract: The following phenomenon occurring in a fluororesin membrane material using, as its main material, a PTFE having a photocatalyst layer on a surface thereof is prevented: the surface of the membrane material is contaminated after the lapse of some years from the start of its use. A photocatalyst layer arranged on the PTFE layer of a Type A membrane material is formed of a photocatalyst and fluororesins, and the fluororesins are formed of at least one of a FEP or a PFA, and a PTFE. Here, the amount of the PTFE is preferably larger than that of at least one of the FEP or the PFA, and the weight of the photocatalyst is preferably 40% or less with respect to the total weight of the photocatalyst and the fluororesins.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a catalyst for in-situ CO2 capture and coupling reduction with biomass oxidation, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The catalyst is applied to the coupling reaction of photocatalytic CO2 reduction and biomass oxidation. The preparation of the catalyst is to synthesize layered double hydroxides (LDHs) containing CO32− between layers by using coprecipitation method, hydrothermal method, sol-gel method and the like, wherein the chemical formula is [M1-x2+Mx3+(OH)2]x+(An−)x/n·mH2O, which has a thickness of 20-30 nm and an average particle diameter of 60-90 nm. Then metal ion vacancy defects are produced on LDHs laminate by using a NaOH/KOH selective etching to obtain the corresponding catalyst. The catalyst is used in photocatalytic reaction, characterized in that CO32− is continuously consumed in the reaction process, and the catalyst can absorb CO2 in the air for recovery after the reaction, and can be repeatedly used to continuously consume CO2 in the air, thus realizing the direct capture and effective utilization of CO2.
