    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate and a pixel on the substrate. The pixel has an alignment area, and the alignment area has a first alignment area, a second alignment area spaced apart from the first alignment area in a first direction, and a non-alignment area extending around a periphery of the alignment area. The pixel includes: a first electrode and a second electrode extending in the first direction across the alignment area and being spaced apart from each other; a first bank in the non-alignment area and extending along a boundary of the pixel; an alignment control layer including a first alignment control pattern, the first alignment control pattern being spaced apart from the first bank in the non-alignment area between the first alignment area and the second alignment area; and a first light emitting element between the first electrode and the second electrode in the first alignment area.

    Abstract: A display device comprises first and second pixels, a light-emitting layer, color conversion layers, and color filter layers, the light-emitting layer comprising first and second light-emitting elements in the first and second pixels, wherein the color conversion layers comprise first and second color conversion layers in the first and second pixels, the color filter layers comprise first and second color filter layers in the first and second pixels, the first and second light-emitting elements emit first light having a central wavelength range of a first wavelength, the first and second color conversion layers contain color conversion particles converting the first light into second light having a central wavelength range of a second wavelength longer than the first wavelength, the first color filter layer transmits the first light and blocks the second light, and the second color filter layer transmits the second light and blocks transmission of the first light.

    Abstract: A display device integrated with a touch screen, including: a first base substrate including a plurality of pixel areas; a second base substrate facing the first base substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the first base substrate; a first electrode connected with the thin film transistor; a second electrode facing the first electrode on the second base substrate and including a plurality of patterns spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in a column direction; and a conductive pattern disposed between the second base substrate and the second electrode, and including a plurality of patterns spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in a row direction crossing the column direction. Each of the plurality of patterns provided in the conductive pattern includes a plurality of fine patterns formed of a wire grid polarizer and a metal pattern disposed around the plurality of fine patterns.

    Abstract: A display device comprises a first light-transmissive substrate, a second light-transmissive substrate and a solar cell disposed between the first and second light-transmissive substrates.
