The motor further includes a motor case and a motor shaft protruding out of the motor case. The detection rotor is fixed to an end of the motor shaft. The detection rotor includes a plate and a coil provided on the plate. The plate is fixed to the end of the motor shaft. Specifically, the motor shaft includes an opening in the end. The plate has a circular disc shape and a cylindrical portion protruding in the center from the back side. The cylindrical portion is press-fitted in the opening of the motor shaft to fix the plate to the end of the motor shaft.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus that is capable of carrying out processes such as an image forming process in an efficient manner while reducing downtime. Laser beam is emitted onto an intermediate transfer belt. The light intensities of light scattered from the laser beam reflected by at least a part of the surface of the intermediate transfer belt are detected, and light intensity distribution information on the distribution of the detected light intensities are acquired. Phase information on phases on the intermediate transfer belt is acquired based on the light intensity distribution information. An image forming process in which an image is formed on the intermediate transfer belt is carried out in synchronization with a predetermined phase included in the acquired phase information.

    摘要: An information processing apparatus includes a storage unit, an installation unit, a processing unit, and a transmission unit. The storage unit stores data to be printed in an intermediate format independent of a specific model of a printing apparatus. The installation unit installs a printer driver corresponding to a printing apparatus in response to a request from the printing apparatus. The processing unit causes the printer driver installed by the installation unit to generate, from the intermediate-format data, data capable of recognizing output settings used for actual printing apparatus printing and outputs the generated data to a storage area inside the information processing apparatus. The transmission unit acquires information about the output settings from the data output by the processing unit and transmits the information about the output settings to the printing apparatus. The printing apparatus displays the information about the output settings of the data to be printed.

In such a case, any registration cannot be formed until an image forming apparatus is controlled to be able to form a registration pattern with the reference density. To solve this problem, a CPU included in the image forming apparatus controls pattern forming conditions so that registration patterns of respective colors can match one another in density lower than the reference density. The CPU controls each image forming unit to form a registration pattern based on the controlled pattern forming conditions.
