The present invention provides for a process for converting hydrocarbonaceous oils comprising contacting the hydrocarbonaceous oils with the catalyst under suitable hydrocarbon conversion conditions. Such processes in include, but are not limited to, single stage hydrocracking, two-stage hydrocracking, series-flow hydrocracking, mild hydrocracking, lube hydrocracking, hydrotreating, lube hydrofinishing, hydrodesulphurization, hydrodenitrification, catalytic dewaxing and catalytic cracking.
